A perfect storm is brewing in hard assets and commodities. Don't let short-term noise interfear with your convictions. Rate hikes have several times in history proven to be the low for #gold and #silver. Whether it's a week, a month or longer before we break out in a big way doesn't matter. What matters is that you are protected and have some exposure. The coming years all of us will be put to the test, many will be flushed out due to inexperience or leverage. For the rest of us, we are staring at the chance of a lifetime to create generational and life-changing wealth.

What "industry professionals" have been waiting a few decades for, drilling the East District. First Majestic never had the money back in the day. Franklin Templeton, Commodity Capital, Eric Sprott & Jupiter are all among the most sophisticated investors in the sector. It's not a coincidence they are all large shareholders. $PGLD.v (P2 Gold): Sentiment in the precious metals sector is subdued right now and an increasing number of voices have emerged calling for much lower gold and silver prices. That’s not my base case scenario, but for illustrative purposes let’s check where PGLD stands in a bearish price scenario (always helps to look at the downside). The answer: PGLD is undervalued even at much lower PM prices. The numbers: Based on the new mine plan with an average annual production of 150 koz Au and 50 Mlbs Cu and assuming metal prices of USD 2,350 for gold and USD 4.5 for copper, PGLD’s AISC net of copper by-product credits should not exceed USD 750/oz even when accounting for some cost increases compared to the PEA opex numbers. An average gold production of 150 koz/y at USD 750 AISC (by-product) will allow PGLD to generate an annual after-tax FCF of USD 140M = CAD 196M at the aforementioned metal prices. Assuming a fully diluted share count of 420M shares post construction funding (the target is between 400M and 450M shares), an annual FCF of CAD 196M translates into a P/FCF of only 2.5x. Forward EV is a bit more difficult to project as it will depend on the funding structure for the pre-production capex. However, even with conservative assumptions the forward (2029) EV/FCF is only 5.2x at the aforementioned metal prices. With a project that has lots of potential for further growth and is located in a tier-1 jurisdiction, PGLD should trade at least two turns higher when in production, i.e. 7.2x EV/FCF, which implies a market cap that is more than twice as high as the current fd mcap and almost 80% higher than the fd mcap with a post-production share count of 420M shares. Finally, looking at NPV instead of cash flow multiples confirms the cheap valuation even in a bearish metal price scenario (2,350 for gold and 4.50 for copper). In this scenario NPV5 is above USD 1 billion = > CAD 1.4 billion based on the new mine plan with an average annual production of 150 koz Au and 50 Mlbs Cu. Considering the quality of the project, the growth prospects and the tier-1 jurisdiction, PGLD should - conservatively - not trade lower than 0.8x NPV5 = CAD 1.12 billion when Gabbs is in production. That’s more than twice the fully diluted mcap with a 420M pro forma share count and higher than the forward EV when first gold will be poured. In summary, the project economics of Gabbs are so good that PGLD - on a forward basis - remains undervalued even in a scenario of much lower metal prices (2,350 gold and 4.5 copper). Not many PM developers/producers can claim that for themselves.

Exciting things are coming in Q4 as $SM.V prepares to launch its first modern, systematic drilling program to test the massive upside of the East District. Guided by an integrated 3D structural model utilizing surface mapping, old workings, and historic data, Phase One will kick off a major 30,000-meter campaign targeting up to 60 veins. With numerous additional vein systems and historic workings already identified, this systematic exploration holds significant growth potential for investors. $SMDRF | #SierraMadre | #Silver | #Mining | #Mexico

SSR Mining aquire Roxmore, good to see from two perspectives: 1) M&A is good for the sector and for all shareholders. More importantly from a selfish angle: 2) SSR are buying an inferior company vs @P2_Gold. Roxmore has tricky metallurgy, 6% royalty on the project and the MRE dropped from 5moz to 3moz, rest became inferred (not what you want to see after a large drill program). Agree with Ross, >$10/sh for P2 is not that far out (currently $1.40). DYODD. News tinyurl.com/2kvuscfv

@P2_Gold is supercharging Gabbs into a serious Nevada powerhouse ⚡️ with feasibility target 150k oz gold and 45–50M lbs copper annually - way up from the PEA’s 109k oz/33M lbs. $PGLD scale-up changes the game for dual-commodity exposure. 📈 youtu.be/ypDZHK7PLN8

$PGLD.V Recent drill results for Gabbs featured in latest @northernminer magazine. As for Beaver Creek, as expected, very pleased with the management team’s focus and priorities. Their capital allocation over the past 12 months looks stellar in hindsight. What was once criticized for moving “too fast” or not being promotional enough now looks intentional/strategic. Further the shareholder base of family offices, strategics, including @FjordPhil, Ross and others who remain private is exceptional. Joe will be presenting at the Denver Gold Forum tomorrow morning and should be worth tuning in. The next 10 weeks are critical for Joe and the team as they make the decision on the cutoff for FS drilling. I expect further drilling post the cutoff. Beyond the obvious catalysts, I expect post-FS in Q2/Q3 2027 increased focus on copper optionality, as well as institutional ownership/coverage.
