I'll be honest as a bi woman I kinda vibe with stag and doe as terms (although that's probably because I really like equines) but fucking tomcat? For androgynous? It's not even fitting the theme of deer or even equines as a whole.
I notice twitter has this cycle where a thing comes out, they spend its whole lifespan shitting on it and making people feel bad for trying it, then it fades from relevancy and five years later they're all going "woah such a hidden gem!! Why can't we get more like this??"
Being a woman is exhausting you'll hear people be like "Gameoverse sexualizes it's women!!" and they expect you to instantly be radicalized against it but I just sit here and have to resist the urge to go "IM EMPLOYED I DONT GIVE A SHIT"
I'm probably alone on this but I really dislike that when certain people set out to improve the design of a character, all they do is make them fat and suddenly the design is considered better by default. Like for me it just feels weird fetishistic.
I found a video critically looking at Millie Helluva Boss and they made the point that fandoms often go out of their way to invent depth for male characters but expect the female characters to do it all themselves and I feel like my skull has been bashed open by the rock of truth

Arguably THE biggest indie anything right now and most of them are mid thirties at the very best. With this much responsibility within one community with the minimal experience most of them have, fuck ups that any company could make suddenly become ten times as catastrophic.
Is Glitch doing shit worthy of criticism? Yeah look at the fucking merch drops, the artificial scarcity is bullshit. Has Glitch done shit worthy of backlash? Yeah, there's a certain VA who has a story about that. Is Glitch still at fault for both of these? Yes, guilty as charged.
