Why don't you guys use Shopify? Wouldn't it be easier with Mailchimp? You'd save time with Zendesk? Why dont you track it in AfterShip? Log it in ShipMonk?

We have spent hundreds of hours building as much as possible in-house to protect @FrostsnapTech customer data: our own checkout, order management, email receipts and fulfillment.
Our orders pass through our own software, not an ecommerce platform.

I bit the bullet and took screenshots of the malicious @FoundationHQ site. Apparently it was originally hosted at foundation(.)support, but for me just now it was foundation(.)com(.)im. My guess is the attackers have more "foundation" domains ready to use as each gets shut down.

I was trying to be extra caution, but let's see.
Tor browser ended up at foundation.xyz/
But private browser (using VPN) ended up at foundation.com.im/
So not foundation.support. And yeah, it seems cloaking based on IP. Here's the malicious site screenshots.

Bad firmware is easily fixable. Compromised hardware is not...

With all of the information that's apparently being preserved by these HWW companies, we might as well have a government registry for bitcoin cold storage devices.

I get great utility out of Noah wallet. I just know that whenever I need to transact with lightning (however infrequent that may be), I have a wallet I can open and send/receive.
I don't have to remember any contractual relationship with an LSP I paid into up front, or manage state. I don't have to trust a custodian who is going to go offline on me. (like happened with coinos before, I lost access to funds for a week)
I can just have an app on my phone that has 200k in lightning that I can withdraw to onchain with a single cooperative tx if I need to.

ANNOUNCEMENT: SPAM EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT THAT APPEAR TO HAVE COME FROM OFFICIAL FOUNDATION DOMAINS.
We have traced this back to one or more compromised API keys on Cloudflare, and have already revoked all API keys.
The malicious domain in the spam email has been taken down.
Funds stored on Passport are safe and Passport hardware is not compromised.
We are working nonstop to discover exactly what happened and will put out a report ASAP.

We owe you an apology.
On October 20, we detected unauthorized access to our official website. After verifying API activity with Shopify, we confirmed on October 23 that a third party obtained customer shipping information. You trusted us with those details, and we're sorry we didn't keep them safe.
Exposed: names, contact details, shipping addresses, and order details (items and prices).
Not exposed: payment card or bank details, recovery phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
We've blocked access, fixed the vulnerability, opened an investigation, and are emailing affected customers.
Scammers may pose as Keystone by phone, text, email, or mail, offering refunds, replacement devices, or "fixes" for your order or address. None of it is from us.
NEVER share your recovery phrase or private keys, and NEVER enter your recovery phrase into a device you didn't order. We will never ask for them. Don't click links in unexpected messages. Type keyst.one yourself.
A detailed report is coming soon.
Until then, trust only our official channels. If anything feels off, email [email protected]. We'd rather hear from you than have you take a chance.
Again, we're truly sorry to everyone affected.
