Main stream media (Ed Balls this time) pumping out that Henry Nowak’s family does not want his death politicised and then literally in the same breath politicising his death for their own gain, to cover up the Two Tier policing that killed him You couldn’t make these lot up They are the enemy of the people

The US has no idea the world of hurt that it has ushered. It is truly soul-crushing to see some of the outcomes. My reaction is not based on partisan politics but rather a deep love and reverence for the US. Regrettably, American Exceptionalism is increasingly disappearing. I will continue fighting in the battle of ideas but I fear that this might be a fatal inflection point. May the America of the Founding Fathers eventually prevail.

Hi Bridget, I’m agreed that these are appalling charges. They must be fully investigated. Where’s your posts on this Labour councillor? - I can’t find one ?

Totally agree. It’s possibly the worst advert I’ve ever seen for anything. Would actively dissuade me from going to @JohnLewisRetail - what on earth were they thinking?
I can’t express how much I hate this John Lewis advert. Spoilt entitled, rude and overindulged children. Useless, weak parents. Terrible mauling of the Rolling Stones. Yet again ANOTHER cliched out-of-touch grandparent we are all supposed to roll our eyes at. Urgh. It’s as bad as that ‘get consent to hug your grandkids’ one. mol.im/a/16259695

When people say less immigration in Australia, they don’t mean Brits. When people say less immigration in Britain, they don’t mean Aussies. Let’s stop pretending every human being is fungible.
🚨🇦🇺 NEW: Andy Burnham and Anthony Albanese are set to discuss increasing restrictions on British backpackers using Working Holiday Visas in Australia Proposals include removing an exemption that means Brits don’t have to do rural work to extend their visa as well as the introduction of a migration cap

Let's not forget who is ultimately responsible for handing out those millions of visas to people to come to Britain since 2021 to do low paid, low skilled work - and bring their many dependants - while young Brits were left to rot on the welfare scrap heap. This wasn't just economic madness, set to cost British taxpayers BILLIONS over decades, it was an immoral act directly contradicting the clear and expressed wishes of the British people for lower migration. The person responsible was the then PM @BorisJohnson. Shame on you.

We will review every citizenship granted due to Open Borders Burnham's horrific U-turn today. If a migrant doesn't unambiguously benefit Britain, their citizenship will be revoked. The Boriswave must be reversed.

What a depressing Labour u-turn on the extension of ILR for Boriswave care workers. It’s not just the huge cost heading our way, it’s the way that care workers are singled out for the sentimental treatment we usually reserve for NHS nurses. For our own benefit as a country we need the average carer to be better paid, better trained, and higher status (I recently wrote a book partly about this The Care Dilemma). But we don’t have to pretend they are all angels: there are some who are v good, most who are average and too many who are useless, as in any walk of life. The immigrant carers are coming here for a better life from poorer often failing societies not because they love looking after British people. In my own last hospital stay most the care assistants were Boriswave women, mostly from Africa - some decent some indifferent - but ALL spoke quite poor and v heavily accented English that was sometimes hard to understand and unless I spoke slowly and deliberately they struggled to understand me. This is obviously a sensitive issue that many people experience but don’t feel able to talk about (though it must be reflected in those low satisfaction surveys), partly because a carer has helped you when you are vulnerable and there is a kind of reflex gratitude even if the care has actually been a bit sloppy or incompetent (and you also feel you’re getting it free so shouldn’t moan, even if you’re paying more and more in tax). Yet it’s crazy that we are spending billions subsidising this when we could be using the money to incentivise British ppl, who speak the language fluently and understand the culture, to do these jobs.

What's going on with British TV scheduling? Last Sunday afternoon, ITV1 showed the film Grease. This afternoon, the same channel showed the same film at exactly the same time. Bizarre. You occasionally see quick repeats like this on obscure channels, but never on the main BBC or ITV channels.

With all the problems confronting our nation, it is a huge misstep for the prime minister to have been drawn into the debate over slavery reparations and to have indicated that the government may issue a formal apology. The story is now going to hog much of the political bandwidth, pushing out other, far more important, issues. When asked about it, Burnham should have given a simple response: "None of this is a priority for my government at this moment in time. We have more pressing matters to deal with."

Ok it's been days now and nothing has been said about this by the legacy media and politicians. A young white boy is openly attacked by police! Any other race and there'd be riots. Because he's white, nothing is even being said!

We need to talk about The Telegraph One of the UK's oldest and most respected right wing papers. A broadsheet. A thought leader. Today - a political bloodbath with some of the most talented leading commentators of our day brutally axed before the paper veers left. What is happening is another leftist attack on Europe. Another pillar crumbled. Another institution taken over and destroyed Wake up. The long slow Communist takeover of Europe is currently on steroids

So, basically, 500 million Europeans expect 300 million Americans to protect them from 120 million Russians who can’t even defeat 40 million Ukrainians while those 500 million Europeans don’t even realize they are being conquered by 2 billion Muslims who claim they are being persecuted by 8 million Israelis. Is that about right? 1

While celebrating his 36th wedding anniversary with his wife, on the Italian luxury cruise ship Achille Lauro, the vessel was hijacked by members of the Palestine Liberation Front (PLF). Because he was Jewish and American, Leon Klinghoffer—who was 69 years old and used a wheelchair after suffering a debilitating stroke—was singled out, shot in the head, and thrown overboard along with his wheelchair. Remember his name. Never forget the evils perpetrated by the Palestinians. Read more about Leon Klinghoffer and the hijacking of the Achille Lauro in the post below.
Four armed hijackers executed a 69-year-old disabled American in a wheelchair and threw him overboard into the Mediterranean—only for US Navy fighter jets to ambush their getaway airliner in pitch-black airspace, forcing it down onto a NATO runway for an armed standoff between American commandos and Italian carabinieri. The reason might surprise you. On October 7, 1985, the Italian luxury cruise liner MS Achille Lauro was cruising off the coast of Alexandria, Egypt, carrying hundreds of international holidaymakers. While the majority of passengers had disembarked for a shore excursion to Cairo, four heavily armed militants from the Palestine Liberation Front (PLF), led by 23-year-old Youssef Majed al-Molqi, seized the vessel. Their original plan had been to stay undercover until the ship docked in Ashdod, Israel, to launch a suicide raid on military installations. But when a cabin steward caught them cleaning assault rifles in their state room, they panicked, commandeered the bridge, and held over 400 remaining passengers and crew hostage. They redirected the cruise liner toward Tartus, Syria, demanding the immediate release of 50 Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails. When the Syrian government refused to allow the ship to enter port, the hijackers decided to execute a hostage to prove their resolve: They singled out Leon Klinghoffer, a 69-year-old Jewish-American retired appliance manufacturer from New York who had suffered two severe strokes and was confined to a wheelchair. Forced onto the open deck, Klinghoffer was shot once in the forehead and once in the chest. The hijackers then forced two ship crew members at gunpoint to dump Klinghoffer's body and his wheelchair into the open sea. Fearing international retaliation, PLF leader Muhammad Zaidan (known as Abu Abbas) established radio contact with the ship, ordering the hijackers to steer back toward Port Said, Egypt. In Cairo, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak arranged a controversial diplomatic compromise: In exchange for releasing the cruise ship and the remaining hostages unharmed, the hijackers were granted safe passage out of Egypt aboard a commercial EgyptAir Boeing 737 bound for Tunis, alongside Abu Abbas. President Mubarak publicly claimed the hijackers had already left the country, but US intelligence knew the plane had not yet taken off from Al Maza military airbase. When President Ronald Reagan learned of Klinghoffer's murder, he issued an immediate directive: intercept the airliner. On the night of October 10, four F-14 Tomcat fighter jets from the USS Saratoga (Carrier Air Wing 17), supported by an E-2C Hawkeye radar plane, roared off the catapults into the dark Mediterranean sky: Without using radio transmissions or radar illumination, the F-14s crept up on the EgyptAir flight in complete blackout mode at 34,000 feet south of Crete. Switching on running lights and drawing within inches of the airliner’s wingtips, the American fighter pilots rocked their wings and radioed the Egyptian pilot directly on emergency frequencies: "Divert your heading to Sigonella, or face interception." Flanked on both wings by armed Tomcats, the airliner had no choice but to follow the escorts down to Naval Air Station Sigonella in Sicily. The crisis, however, didn't end on the tarmac. It triggered a near-shooting standoff between two NATO allies: As soon as the airliner touched down at midnight, US Navy SEAL Team Six operators surrounded the plane in tactical gear. Within minutes, fifty Italian Carabinieri and military police surrounded the Navy SEALs with submachine guns, drawing down on the Americans. Italian Prime Minister Bettino Craxi insisted that because the aircraft had landed on sovereign Italian soil and the hijacking occurred on an Italian-flagged ship, Italy retained absolute legal jurisdiction. Those of us with honest held fears about uncontrolled immigration, unknown dinghy arrivals, islamification and just too much change too quickly often get accused of being racist. Obviously for those that bother to look a little closer at what are saying this is shown not to be the case. If your ethnic origins are from elsewhere but you want to integrate, to contribute, to get along and you have love for this country, you're more than welcome. Well done these boys, thats the spirit. 🇬🇧
