$NBIS $MSFT $GOOGL $META What tonight's Microsoft and Alphabet numbers mean for Nebius. Nebius's two anchor customers are Microsoft (~$17.4B through 2031, up to $19.4B) and Meta. So the real question for Nebius holders is whether the big buyers are still buying. Tonight they answered: • Azure grew 48%, 3-4 points above Microsoft's own guide, and added $10.8B of revenue in a year • Microsoft's property & equipment spending doubled to $39.4B in one quarter, and that's before finance leases • Google Cloud grew 103%, its sixth straight quarter of faster growth • Google's API traffic hit nearly 32B tokens a minute, more than 4x a year ago • Alphabet spent $51.4B on capex in Q3, and its full-year guide implies $63-73B in Q4 • Last week Meta raised the bottom of its 2026 capex range for the third time this year, to $135-145B Microsoft already builds more than almost anyone, and it still signed more than $60B of neocloud contracts by last November (Bloomberg) to get capacity sooner than it could build it. Tonight's numbers give it no reason to stop. Azure is speeding up on a much bigger base. The other half of the story is money. Alphabet burned $9.1B of free cash flow this quarter, bought back no stock and raised $41B of bonds and stock. When the biggest balance sheets in the world are leaning on outside capital to keep up, capacity that's already built and partly prepaid gets more valuable. That's how Nebius works: on most Q2 deals customers prepaid 50-60% of the capex. What I'm watching on Microsoft's call at 22:30: commercial RPO was flat QoQ at $677B. If Hood calls that timing and says Microsoft is still short on capacity, this is about as good a backdrop as Nebius could get heading into its own report. I'm long $NBIS.

Pretty violent last 15min... we will see tomorrow $NBIS
$NBIS Pretty violent price action into the close for Nebius. Rejecting $165 is not a good sign, especially given how fast we reverted back to the golden GEX zone around $150-153. We are getting closer and closer to the $146 retest. I am expecting a violent reversal off of the 0% fib line (July lows). If we fail to find a bottom at those levels, the $130’s are the next stop. This is all subject to change, depending on macro developments. NFA DYOR

B200 and B300 prices are reaching all-time highs Wow Definitely not just bullish for neoclouds (in terms of forward-looking pricing), but bullish for the semi/data center complex overall Sometimes people forget, but the whole semi rally is about making a very valuable product

Markowitz must be rolling in his grave watching market efficiency in 2026. $NVDA sneezes, $NBIS catches pneumonia, $CRWV breaks a leg, $IREN gets punched in the face and somehow $META and $GOOG join the therapy session. We waited until 2026 for peak AI. Instead we got peak market schizophrenia.

100% Agree $NBIS
Here’s the honest truth. No one knows what’s going to happen in the markets. We have ideas based off of information at hand; today. That information is forever evolving. The information I do lean on the most when investing is management. I trust the team running the company for me as investor. For me, $NBIS has one of the most relentless, plugged in teams in the business. They can’t control macro sentiment, but you can bet your ass they work 24/7 to make @nebiusai successful. Hope you all have a great weekend. Cheers! 🍻 @romanchernin @wienglischmann @demian_ai @nebiustf @Avrideai

Let’s stop pretending this AI selloff is about demand. GPU rental prices are rising. Compute demand remains strong. Hyperscalers are heading toward $1T in annual capex. Yet the $NDX falls 2.5% because the market suddenly decided AI infrastructure might not generate adequate returns. $CRWV is down 14% because its debt structure is becoming the story. And somehow $NBIS and the entire sector get thrown into the same basket. This isn’t an AI demand crisis. It’s the market finally asking who can finance the buildout, earn attractive returns on it, and survive long enough to capture the upside. That distinction matters. Maybe this selloff isn’t breaking the AI thesis. Maybe it’s finally separating the winners from the passengers.

H100 rental prices are rising. B300/Blackwell capacity is pricing even higher. Chips are getting more expensive. Compute demand remains massive. Financing is available for the best projects. But somehow $NBIS, $CRWV, $IREN and every neocloud are all going bankrupt? Please. At some point, common sense has to beat the narrative.
AI bubble fears meet rising GPU rental prices: Nvidia H100s now cost $2.85 per hour to rent, up 53% from the Feb 2025 low and the highest since 2024. Older chips were supposed to get cheaper as new ones arrived. This chart tells a different story.

Exactly this. The market keeps changing its mind about AI every few weeks. Meanwhile $NBIS keeps signing contracts, improving economics, building the software stack and executing. I’ve learned to separate volatility from information. A falling stock is not necessarily a deteriorating business. Sometimes price changes much faster than reality does. And that gap is often where the opportunity is. PS: I'm like everybody I prefer to see my stock at ATH ! $NDX $CRWV
Don't think $NBIS' business fundamentals ever improved so drastically while the stock got absolutely hammered like last few days. Really crazy divergence between sentiment + price action and reality. Can't believe the market is still this bipolar about AI. Every few months we get a crazy rally that melts faces and then we suddenly panic again and crash. I get it, stocks don't go up in a straight line, but this volatility really speaks to the strong disagreement the market has on these names and my personal interpretation is that there is a huge part of the market with no clear view that keeps flipping bullish to bearish to bullish based on headlines and sentiment.

Let’s stop pretending all neoclouds are the same. $NBIS has no junk bonds like $CRWV. It has a technology and software stack far ahead of $IREN. Management has been extremely selective, focusing on projects that make economic sense and can compound for years. Execution has been exceptional. Yes, $NBIS has been hit with the entire sector these past few days. But zoom out. YTD, $NBIS is still up triple digits while its so-called “peers” are negative. Maybe the market is starting to understand they were never really peers.

That exactly why we bought $NBIS !
Replying to @zerohedge
It’s not that supercomputer data centers are not in high demand, as they definitely are. However, getting money to build complex hardware systems with massive power, cooling & networking is not the same as doing it. SpaceX has a super cracked team that is outperforming the rest of the world by an order of magnitude in mass to orbit and even we find it very difficult!
