ALT A large cartoon strip about wind power, with a wind turbine at the centre dividing up three sections. The comic strip tells a story of a mysterious breakdown in the power grid where workers in a futuristic control room operate their systems using AI, robots, and sensor-based predictions.

ALT A cartoon strip showing household devices that use energy - an electric car, fridge, toaster, washing machine - at night, with a solar panel on the top of the dark roof. The captions read 'sometimes it's just a case of being organised. What's the point in worrying? If I'm going to use energy, I'm going to use it. Shame we can't eat this at two in the morning given the new time-of-use tariff! I don't really think things have changed that much. Now's not the best time to do teh washing. Let's wait a few hours. We don't waste our money. Hey great! We saved 57p compared to yesterday! I don't know how to use less without becoming uncomfortable. My home is quieter now.'

ALT An illustration showing an imagined household with lots of smart energy monitors in the flat, and household tasks such as washing up and watering plants left undone.

ALT Illustration mostly in blue and purple showing three tarot cards - one called 'amazement' with three excited and curious faces on it; one called 'frugality' showing a man wrapped up in a blanket with a mug of tea and a caption 'congratulations, you saved 45% off your energy bill this week'; one called 'pressure' with a woman hooked up to a medical tube with a radiator on in the background and a caption 'please consent to share data on your energy usage to be eligible for health insurance discount'.
