I’ve noticed since I started my fitness journey: 1. Sprinting helps muscle growth 2. Shot power increased so much I still haven’t adjusted to it accuracy wise 3. Getting pushed off the ball is much harder now 4. Im a tiny bit faster than my sprint speed peak when i was 23 !!!

Most proud of 4. To be faster at 30 than when you were in your young 20s is a hard feat Also I look good bro. I wish I worked out my whole life.

User funds are safe! It does look like a hack on Binance. Appreciate the quick freeze from Tether (~$971m) and Circle (~$823m). I don't manage Binance (.com) anymore, but as a shareholder, I expect all user funds will be fully covered.
