No probs at all. I know how much it can mean if someone just takes a moment out their day, as people have done it for me over the years. Walking works for me, it won’t every1, it’s just finding what your suppressor is. You’re doing gr8 mate, you got outta bed today, that’s a win

Can really sympathise with this buddy. I find for me walking the dog and getting some fresh air always helps, that’s not possible for everyone with different work balances. So an honest chat with a pal in person or even on the phone can just release some demons. Hope all is ok
