Thinking back to when I was in high school and a girl I thought was just being a nice friend gave me a rubber bracelet of her favorite band and her number. My dense ass didn’t realize how bad of a fumble that was until like two years ago.

If someone is a virgin at 23 it’s probably because they are very antisocial, have a mental disorder that makes it difficult for them to form relationships, or they have intentionally decided not to get into a relationship. It’s likely not because they’re super unattractive.
