Bitcoin had Miami.
Ethereum had DEVCON.
Now it’s Kaspa’s turn.
Introducing the Kaspa Conference: a 4-day experience bringing together builders, investors, and the $KAS community.
And we’re investing up to $1,000,000 in Kaspa startups.
Here’s what we’re building. 🧵

Kaspa is not bolting an EVM onto a fast chain. It is stacking concurrency from consensus all the way into execution.
1. GHOSTDAG — parallel blocks, not a single-file chain
2. Toccata + covenants — independent UTXO state that can move in parallel
3. SilverScript v1 — human-readable, UTXO-native contract logic
4. Argent — applications as actors, message-driven and composable
5. vProgs — scheduled, verifiable compute with rollback on conflict
6. DAGKnight — adaptive, network-aware ordering
Most chains start with one global computer and spend years trying to parallelize it. Kaspa starts with parallel consensus, keeps state partitioned, and only serializes what actually conflicts.
That is the architecture for a decentralized OS of concurrent economic activity — agents, vaults, markets, and settlement on a permissionless PoW DAG.

I’m not going to block you for debating or even arguing with me idk why he did but it doesn’t represent the community as a whole in general everyone acknowledges they were exactly like you before studying Kaspa. Including me. I thought it was a shitcoin but @realvijayk and many others took the time to show me it’s legit and is truly like bitcoin with years of improvements in speed scalability and programmability baked in.
It isn’t aiming to replace any particular coin. It’s aiming to be highly functional utility money. If Bitcoin were treated as tech instead of dogma for 17 years this is how it would look.
Bitcoin isn’t a religion.
Nakamoto consensus isn’t god.
The white paper isn’t a bible.
Satoshi isn’t a martyr.
It’s technology, could have been improved over the years, but pushed into ossification via dogma.
That’s okay. It’s digital gold, it has a place as you point out.
That doesn’t mean it’s the fully fledged best possible version of block chain technology. BlockDAG is a massive improvement for speed and scalability.
Realizing Satoshis initial vision of P2P cash- which he left in “Capable hands” not for stewarding the white paper as a holy doctrine, but rather as Shepard to lead the future creation of perfected money.

👀 First they ignored it.
Then they laughed.
Now they're putting Kaspa on Google Finance. 📈
That's what adoption looks like.
Every new listing, every new platform, every new milestone makes it harder to ignore what #Kaspa is building.
We're still early. ⚡️

For anyone building native iOS or macOS apps on Kaspa (wallets, analytics tools, etc.) - I’ve just released an open-source Swift package 🚀. It includes all you need to work with wallets, transactions, script engine, covenants, and more - all written in pure Swift. No more Rust runtime or WASM required in your iOS/MacOS native projects.
I hope this will accelerate products and experiments on Apple platforms. It dramatically lowers the barrier: anyone can now vibe-code their own native iOS Kaspa wallet in ~10 minutes 😉.
It can also help bring Kaspa support to existing multicurrency wallets (where adding Rust or WASM is often not an option) and let wallets that already support Kaspa (e.g. @Tangem) integrate new Kaspa related features much faster.
The package closely mirrors the Rusty Kaspa implementation in detail. I use it in my personal wallet, but please do your own research before using it in production.
Let's design a brand for your product
📊 WHAT I SEE FROM WHERE I STAND
A note from one long-term Kaspa holder, four days after Toccata.
I am not a core developer. Not a team member. Not a paid influencer. I am one of the tens of thousands of people who put real money into KAS because the technology convinced me. This is what the view looks like from my window.
🔧 THE FOUNDATION IS ALREADY THERE
Toccata activated on schedule. Covenants live. Silverscript live. ZK verification opcodes at the consensus layer. KIP-21 partitioned sequencing. Four years of production mainnet without downtime. 10 blocks per second, with DAGKnight arriving Q3 2026 and 100 BPS on the 2027 roadmap.
vProgs is now moving from Yellow Paper to implementation. Yonatan Sompolinsky just clarified the direction publicly: not an L2 in the fragmented sense, but native L1 expressiveness with verification-oriented design and minimal attack surface.
The foundation is not a promise anymore. It shipped.
🎯 AND YET
Price has not moved the way many expected. And here is the thing I have to acknowledge honestly, even as someone with 90% of savings in KAS:
Technological superiority does not, by itself, decide the outcome. History proves this over and over. Betamax was better than VHS. Sony MiniDisc was better than early iPods. Google Plus had features Facebook did not. None of them won.
What won was the ecosystem, the narrative, the distribution, the coordination of many small efforts pulling in the same direction. What won was SYNERGY.
🛠️ WHAT I THINK IS MISSING
From where I sit, three gaps are visible:
First, applications. The base layer is now programmable. Silverscript supports smart wallets, multi-signature vaults, escrow, conditional transfers, time-locked payments, lightweight DeFi primitives. The Kaspathon hackathon showed 293 developers ready to build. But very few finished products live on mainnet yet.
Second, documentation. If AI agents are going to become one of the main use cases for a fast, cheap, neutral payment layer (and they are), Kaspa needs machine-readable SDK documentation at the level of Stripe or OpenAI. Any AI agent building an integration should find a clean, complete, up-to-date reference within thirty seconds of searching. Right now that is not the case.
Third, coordination among people who already care. There are developers, designers, marketers, translators, video producers, traffic professionals, AI engineers scattered across the Kaspa community. They are not organized. Nobody is asking anybody to organize them from above (fair launch means there is no foundation with a budget to hire them). But nothing stops those who want to contribute from finding each other.
🔗 WHAT SYNERGY LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
Imagine a concrete chain:
One developer writes an escrow application in Silverscript. Solid code. Works on mainnet. But it looks like a spreadsheet and nobody outside crypto Twitter knows it exists.
A designer sees the project, offers to build a proper brand book, a landing page, a clean product interface. Now the app looks like something you would actually trust with money.
A marketer picks it up and turns the launch into a story. Video content, X threads, a podcast tour explaining what it does and why it matters. Now people beyond Kaspa Twitter start noticing.
A respected figure in the community with trust and reach opens a coordinated crowdfunding round in KAS to fund the next feature, a security audit, hiring one more developer. The community backs it because they can see who is behind it and what it is for.
One app becomes ten. Ten apps become a category. A category becomes a reason for exchanges, funds, and AI companies to take Kaspa seriously as infrastructure.
That is what synergy is. Not everyone doing everything. Everyone doing their piece, wired to the next piece, in the same direction.
🌱 WHAT I AM DOING PERSONALLY
I cannot fix the whole picture. Nobody can, alone.
What I can do is keep publishing honest analysis of what is actually happening on the network. Keep building my own business in parallel so my conviction is not fragile. Keep the conversation with serious people going.
If you have a skill (code, design, marketing, translation, video, AI, traffic acquisition, community, legal, crowdfunding, anything) and you want to put some of it toward Kaspa without waiting for permission from anyone, quote this post and say what you do. See who else is out there. That is all.
No committee. No leader. No one asking anyone to work for free forever. Just the possibility of finding each other.
The technology is ready. The rest depends on whoever shows up and wires themselves to the next person in the chain.
See you on the other side. 🔥

I’m starting to realize something about Kaspa.
Maybe I’ve even been thinking about it slightly wrong.
Maybe the goal isn’t for Kaspa to become the perfect currency or the world reserve currency.
Because a currency is always going to be seen as competition. If it competes with the dollar, the euro, the peso, or any other currency, then there’s automatically a reason for people to attack it or try to stop it.
But a network is different.
If Kaspa becomes the network those currencies move on, then it’s not just competing with them anymore. It’s becoming infrastructure for them.
Dollars could move on it. Stablecoins could move on it. Euros, pesos, remittances, payments, settlement, whatever.
And once something becomes useful infrastructure, people don’t really want to destroy it. They start depending on it.
So maybe the endgame isn’t Kaspa becoming every currency.
Maybe the endgame is Kaspa becoming the decentralized proof-of-work network that currencies move through.
The more I think about it, the more that feels like the actual path.
Is this the way? Or am I way off? @hashdag @michaelsuttonil

**Official Toccata Release — Mainnet Hardfork Activation Included** (Links in reply)
We’re excited to announce the official Kaspa release containing the **Toccata Hardfork** activation logic.
Toccata is scheduled to activate on mainnet at DAA score `474,165,565`, expected around **June 30, 2026, 16:15 UTC**.
This is a consensus-changing upgrade. All node operators, miners, pools, exchanges, indexers, wallets, and infrastructure providers must upgrade before activation to remain compatible with the network.
Toccata introduces a major expansion of Kaspa L1 capabilities, including:
• **Native L1 covenant support** through transaction introspection, allowing for more expressive contracts, including stateful contracts
• **Covenant IDs**, providing stable covenant lineage across UTXO transitions, so covenant instances can preserve continuity as their state moves from one UTXO to the next
• **ZK proof verification on L1** via `OpZkPrecompile`, enabling to trustlessly offload computation off-chain.
• **Partitioned sequencing commitments**, improving support for based ZK applications by making lane-local proving scale with relevant activity rather than global throughput
Please upgrade as soon as possible and verify your nodes are running the new release well before the activation DAA score.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to designing, implementing, reviewing, and testing Toccata.

New listing: kaspa:native
Kaspa (KAS) is a proof-of-work Layer 1 blockchain built on a BlockDAG architecture, allowing multiple blocks to be confirmed simultaneously for high throughput without sacrificing decentralisation. Fair-launched in 2021 with no pre-mine or presale, KAS has already mined ~95% of its hard-capped 28.7B supply — a scarcity event approaching fast as remaining issuance closes out by late 2026.
Recent market news: KAS has a circulating supply of ~27B tokens and a market cap recently cited around $1.0B–$1.06B USD.
