Because he can kick a ball better than the other kids on the field. Not because he assaulted anyone. Not because he had a weapon. Not because he was a danger to anyone. Grown adults watched a toddler play a sport and decided the appropriate response was to dial emergency services and send uniformed officers to deal with a child who has not yet started kindergarten.
