Tim Rideout always insisted a new currency could be established with conversion of deposits purely voluntary. But Laurentjoye’s report kills that idea (it always was mad). Deposits convert automatically “without the consent of each customer”. Good luck selling that to voters…

When I do my car I often end up doing other family cars …keeps me occupied.. last year we got a lot off work done in garden and dust everywhere, when job was completed I went out washed and polished my neighbours cars as a thank you for putting up with the trucks, vans and dust in a street with 4 houses so you can imagine how inconvenient it was
