Advocaat Peter Stassen bepleitte vandaag voor de Rechtbank Leeuwarden — in de langverwachte bodemprocedure die Arno van Kessel in de zomer van 2023 begon — dat de mRNA-injecties “gifspuiten” zijn. Een klein leger advocaten van de zeventien gedaagden stelde precies het tegenovergestelde: “De coronavaccins zijn veilig en effectief”. De rechter in Leeuwarden heeft nog maanden nodig om tot een uitspraak te komen in “deze complexe zaak”.

Een dag voor de bodemprocedure in de rechtbank Leeuwarden die nu aan de gang is, bepleitte Chris-Jan Kamminga — de advocaat van Arno van Kessel, die de bodemprocedure in 2023 indiende — dat zijn cliënt van zijn enkelband verlost moet worden. De rechter gaf gehoor aan de eis van Kamminga: Van Kessel hoeft geen enkelband meer te dragen van de rechter. “Ik ben zeer opgelucht voor Arno. Hij kan nu eindelijk naar Oostenrijk”, liet Kamminga weten aan De Andere Krant.
