داعش خراسان نے وسطی ایشیا میں اپنا اثر و رسوخ کیسے بڑھایا؟ داعش خراسان میں وسطی ایشیائی جنگجوؤں کی شمولیت کا آغاز 2015 میں اسلامی تحریکِ ازبکستان (IMU) اور جنداللہ کی جانب سے داعش سے بیعت کے بعد ہوا۔ 2021 میں افغانستان کا کنٹرول طالبان کے ہاتھ میں آنے اور اس کے بعد داعش خراسان کی سرگرمیوں میں دوبارہ اضافے کے ساتھ تنظیم نے وسطی ایشیائی ممالک کو اپنی توجہ کا اہم مرکز بنا لیا۔ اس کے بعد کئی بڑی سرحد پار دہشت گرد کارروائیوں میں وسطی ایشیائی جنگجو ملوث رہے۔ ضلع درزاب کے ازبک نژاد افغان طالبان گورنر کی جانب سے داعش خراسان سے بیعت کے بعد تنظیم کو ازبک، چیچن اور تاجک جنگجوؤں میں اپنا اثر و رسوخ بڑھانے کا موقع ملا۔ 2021 سے وسطی ایشیائی ممالک افغانستان میں داعش خراسان کی موجودگی کو اپنی سلامتی کے لیے ایک بڑا خطرہ قرار دیتے آئے ہیں، خصوصاً اجتماعی سلامتی معاہدہ تنظیم (CSTO) کے رکن ممالک نے اس خطرے پر تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ اسی تناظر میں افغانستان کے ساتھ تاجکستان کی سرحد کو مزید محفوظ بنانے کے لیے CSTO کی معاونت سے اقدامات بھی کیے گئے۔ داعش خراسان کی بین الاقوامی دہشت گرد کارروائیوں میں وسطی ایشیائی جنگجوؤں کا کردار نمایاں رہا ہے۔ ماسکو کے کروکس سٹی ہال حملے اور ایران میں ہونے والے دہشت گرد حملے میں ملوث وسطی ایشیائی جنگجوؤں کے افغانستان جانے کے شواہد بھی سامنے آئے ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ، اقوامِ متحدہ کی ایک رپورٹ میں صوبہ بدخشاں کے ضلع یامگان میں داعش خراسان کے ایک تربیتی مرکز کا ذکر کیا گیا ہے، جو افغانستان میں تنظیم کے بھرتی اور تربیت کے نیٹ ورک کی موجودگی کو ظاہر کرتا ہے۔

NEWS ALERT: Police Constable Qaimoos was martyred in an explosion in Manga, Chakisar, Shangla District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, this morning. Explosive material had been planted on his motorcycle overnight. The blast occurred when he attempted to start it.

UPDATE: The son of Police Constable Saadat Khan, who was critically injured in a terrorist attack in Tank yesterday, has succumbed to his injuries. The TTP terrorists’ barbaric attack has claimed two lives from the same family, exposing the brutality of their violence.

NEWS ALERT: Terrorists carried out a quadcopter drone attack targeting police personnel near Kasho Nala, in Utwar Mela area of Domel Tehsil, Bannu District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, injuring three police officers. Rescue 1122 provided initial medical assistance before shifting the injured personnel to hospital.

A Grand Jirga of elders from Malakand Division was held at the Police Training School in Swat, attended by IGP KP Zulfiqar Hameed, IG FC North Rao Imran, Federal Minister Amir Muqam, and other civil-military officials. Addressing the Jirga, IGP KP Zulfiqar Hameed reaffirmed the commitment to upholding the rule of law and state writ, stating, “No stone will be left unturned to ensure the rule of law and writ of the state.” He also inaugurated a Police Sahulat Markaz in Kabal as part of a province-wide initiative to establish similar centres at tehsil level, providing multiple public services under one roof.

NEWS ALERT: Pakistani security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Dasht Kunchti, Kech District, Balochistan, killing three terrorists during an exchange of fire. Weapons and ammunitions were also recovered from the slain terrorists.

NEWS ALERT: Pakistani security forces have launched large-scale counter-terrorism operations targeting terrorists affiliated with the TTP and IMP in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Multiple high-value targets have been struck during the ongoing operations. An explosives-laden truck was also destroyed in a pre-emptive strike. Further details are awaited.

NEWS ALERT: Terrorists opened fire on Police Constable Saadat Tatur and his son in Khadriyan Wala, Tank District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Both sustained critical injuries and were shifted to hospital, where Constable Saadat succumbed to his injuries. His son remains in critical condition.

NEWS ALERT: Pakistani security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Bakakhel, Bannu District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing four terrorists during an exchange of fire. A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the killed terrorists. A clearance operation is underway in the area to eliminate any remaining terrorists.

BREAKING: A high-value terrorist commander, Umar Shahab Haibati Baloch, identified as the TTP’s intelligence chief in Quetta, was killed by Pakistani security forces in Panjpai, Balochistan. Further details awaited.

Security personnel returned fire, resulting in an intense exchange of gunfire that forced the attackers to retreat. Security forces have launched a search operation in the area. No casualties have been reported.
