afk room is looking great, and no login for starting to play. I was talking with my AI npc (bankai) and it told me his technique and the downside of using it. afkroom.com/ @afkroom

In 2019 I got a course in humble bundle about game development. I started this course and never finished. I guess it's not too late, since when I was in the struggle with typescript I learned it. You can check the print a few days later #day10of365

It has been 9 days since I started to develop a multiplayer game, and I feel sad because everything that I tried on the framework that I was planing to use went wrong. I will use another framework from now, I won't let a feeling control me or what I want to build. #day9of365

I tested the framework that I said early, however due a version error I spent so much time trying to fix the code. It’s almost the time to test what is possible to do with this technology. #day8of365

Today I studied WebSockets, which is a technology that make possible to open a two-way communication channel at browser. It's ideal for applications that deal with information at real-time such as chat, and what I want -> multiplayer games. #indiedev #day5of365

Yesterday I have tried to read the documentation of the framework that I will use in the backend. However could not understand it due my lack of experience at typescript and node. I had spent this day learning node.js and typescript #indiedev #day4of365

Finally, I have found a very good framework for my multiplayer project, I will be using javascript #indiedev #day3of365

I have tried to fix my old multiplayer project, however the code was too messy, I did the base for the code following a YouTube tutorial. It will not work using it, since a lot things are broken. Time to start everything from 0 again #indiedev #day2of365

Login and showing other clients on the screen seems to be working. However the synchronization is not working, as I can see their location is not right. Also it does not spawn projectile for everyone. I got to fix it. #indiedev #day1of365

That is a reminder to me. I'm a fan of 2d MMO games, and I'm tired to play games with the same mechanics, lots of griding, devs stopping making game before finishing it. For this reason I will back to gamedev and make a MMO that I can be proud of it and play a lot #indiedev #day0
