PROJECTION: #Eagles superstar CB Cooper DeJean is projected to sign a 4-year, $112 MILLION contract extension when eligible this offseason. That would be an average annual value of $28 MILLION per year. DeJean will become one of the highest-paid defensive backs in #NFL history.

NC A&T tried to charge Nightcap at the last minute to have faculty, frats and sororities on lmao and then started moving things around smh. Whoever was in charge of that fumbled the bag

Jalen Carter on the way the defense is playing: "People's standards are bigger than what ours are coming into the season. We all know it's a fresh new season, it's a fresh restart no matter what we did last year, the last 3-4 years don't matter. It's a whole new season, whole new group, new faces, new chemistry in the locker room. It's a restart for us. We obviously know we got good players. But we don't go out there saying just because we have good players, we're going to do this on the field. It's not showing right now."

Jonathan Greenard reps vs Cowboys... 98 million, ladies and gentlemen. #Eagles

Jihaad Campbell’s defensive grade of 47.7 ranks 128 out of 149 linebackers this season. #Eagles

It turns out that trading for an EDGE rusher coming off of an injury that required offseason surgery and then paying him a lot of money while also signing a CB that isn't a scheme fit to a big deal while letting a S that was a scheme fit walk on a reasonable deal and having no plan at safety other than taking your superstar slot defender play safety part time and thus making him bad at both wasn't the best offseason plan for the defense.

Jonathan Greenard robbed Howie Roseman blind.

Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis, Jonathan Greenard: $89 million per year combined to be completely invisible.
