Sun is shinin' in the sky There ain't a cloud in sight

This has been in development for ages and I'm hyped it's finally out! youtube.com/watch?v=ZmRhSXYN…

The end of Big Walk is actually weirdly emotional. Spending a dozen or so hours on a chill, silly, challenging and fun adventure with a good group of friends and it coming to a close If you haven't played it yet, it's easily the best "Friendslop" game out there (though calling it 'slop' is doing it a huge disservice)

I measured the Steam Frame's speakers youtube.com/shorts/vy7nTw8zk…

I didn't sign squat so I can say this thing slaps #steamframe #SteamVR

Wooo!!

Welp, two flights cancelled overnight in a week. If airports could stop completely shutting down when I need to fly that'd be really nice 👌 At least I didn't get sent to the backrooms this time

My flight got cancelled and BA sent me to the backrooms

By any chance does anyone following me work at @Microsoft ? Have been trying desperately to get my hardware partner enrolment sorted. All identity/business details 100% verified, enrolment page says I'm "active in" the hardware program, yet dashboard still empty and hardware page just gives this. Apparently tons of other people have had a similar issue, got no reply from support, and basically the only solution was contacting Garett @ microsoft through a now disabled form.... community.osr.com/t/locked-o… @theo have you had this issue or know someone that could push the right buttons? 😅

Enjoying Hamburg! The St Nicholas Church is beautifully ominous

As someone who is usually not much of an Apple fan, I have to say something they've absolutely nailed is their production strategy on Apple TV. Nevermind the fact that they've got a ton of actually fantastic shows, the reason I don't use Netflix etc anymore is because even if you DO find something good, it either gets cancelled early, or if it doesn't you're waiting YEARS between seasons. Leaving you usually needing to go back and rewatch if you actually want to know what is happening. Meanwhile Apple TV has been conistently renewing shows like Slow Horses and Silo BEFORE the next season is released, and often filming back to back to cut down on season gaps. Shows are so much easier to enjoy when you know you're actually going to be able to see it through to the end and won't be 75 by the time that happens..... youtu.be/w6G-A-vvBbE?si=3CzI…

As much as I love Fable for its capability, the fact that I literally cannot use it for so much of what I work on is becoming a major bottleneck. - Working on an audio device driver? That's kernel level stuff, spooky, revert to opus 4.8 - Working on anything to do with HRTFs? That's biology, revert to opus 4.8 - Wanting me to polish up a POWERPOINT PRESENTATION about why headphones vary across listeners? Clearly you're making an ear related bioweapon, revert to opus 4.8. Fable still outperforms GPT 5.6 Sol on the stuff I can actually get it to WORK on, but right now I'm so hesitant to even start projects with claude code when I know I'll probably just have to migrate it to codex anyway.

This is wild. We really do live in crazy times.....
