So THAT's how @united treats loyal customers during #COVID19. Not even a year of grace! I appealed to @united by phone & they said I can buy my way back to 1K for over $5000! Are they kidding? This for two decades of loyal flying “the friendly skies”?#UnitedAirlinesSucks 2/2

I hate to say it, but this is how @united treats good customers: I was just downgraded from 1K to Premier bcs I didn’t fly enough during #COVID19! Incredible! I have >2 MILLION miles with United & have made 1K status over virtually EVERY year in the 21st century. #UnitedSucks 1/2
