🎮Resident Evil Requiem🎮 - Review 9/10
@RE_Games @CapcomEurope @CapcomUSA_
Resident Evil Requiem turned out really well. This time, the developers clearly tried to please everyone, so what we get is a mix of elements from previous entries in the series.
We have a new heroine with her own atmospheric horror storyline, whose gameplay feels similar to the early installments of the series, as well as to the seventh and eighth games. Then there’s a storyline featuring the well-known Leon S. Kennedy, which is much more action-oriented and stylistically reminiscent of Resident Evil 4, 5, and 6.
The first half of the game is heavily focused on horror and is extremely intense. I was genuinely scared and felt very uncomfortable several times while playing. Overall, the first half ranks among the very best not only in the series but in horror games in general.
The second half is far more action-driven, emptier, and more tiring. It felt to me like the game was artificially stretched to increase its length.
That said, I was satisfied overall and would definitely recommend it. Full text goodgames.sk/resident-evil-r…
🎮REANIMAL🎮 - Review 9/10
@TarsierStudios #REANIMAL @THQNordic
REANIMAL is significantly better than Little Nightmares 3, which the talented studio Tarsier was no longer involved with. They previously created Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares II, and REANIMAL feels as if it were their true third installment. It’s horror-focused, featuring genuinely disgusting monsters, beautifully dark environments, and overall very entertaining gameplay. I had fun from beginning to end, and I hope the game finds success so that Tarsier comes back with a sequel. Full text goodgames.sk/reanimal-recenz…

🎮Code Vein 2🎮 - Review 7,5/10
Code Vein 2 is similar to the first game and if you liked it, you will probably be satisfied with this sequel. Which has interesting characters and good fights even if they are simpler. The game has its technical flaws but otherwise it is not bad at all and will entertain you for dozens of hours. Full text goodgames.sk/code-vein-2-rec…

🎮A.I.L.A.🎮 - Review 7,5/10
@PulsatrixStudio @FireshineGames @SamMckie5
A.I.L.A. is an intense horror game inspired by classics of the genre such as Resident Evil series (you can even find Leon's chip). There are several environments, as if the creators could not agree on where their game should take place. So we have a psychedelic changing environment, then we have the sci-fi War of the Worlds, then the medieval with sword and crossbow or scary night forest. It is a horror version of the forgotten FPS game Daikatana by John Romero. It has good horror atmosphere, but also several technical problems. Full text goodgames.sk/a-i-l-a-recenzi…

Svědectví (The Stand, Marvel Comics)
@WriterRAS @StephenKing @MarvelComicsHQ
Nepredvídateľnosť príbehu je tu veľmi silná a ja som čítal viaceré scény so zatajeným dychom. Tu to platí maximálne a Randall Flagg má hneď niekoľko mrazivých scén. A ešte aby som nezabudol, má to dokonalé cameo Stephena Kinga!. Recenzia goodgames.sk/svedectvi-recen…

Vetřelec 1: Pokrevní linie (Alien 1: Bloodlines, Marvel Comics)
@MarvelComicsHQ @PhillipKJohnson @SalvadorLarroca
Recenzia goodgames.sk/vetrelec-1-pokr…
