Havent eaten a carb since basically last night& worked out for a hour and a half today. Operation Only Soup and Salad untill the playoffs (except for weekends and holidays) off to a incredible healthy start

This Coconut Corn Chowder is the best soup I ever "created." The quotation marks are very intentional, because what I really did was combine two sources of inspiration. The first bit came from a lunch @momofuku Noodle Bar.
