In tough times, it’s so important to be kind to ourselves. Remind yourself of all that’s good about you and the world. Comment and tag someone you think needs to see this today. Huge thanks to @nikkimiles_ for her beautiful, life-affirming illustration 💙
A square-shaped illustration headlined “daily reminders” At the top in yellow is the byline of the illustrator @NikkiMiles_ Underneath the headline are two rows of three pictures with captions underneath. From left to right on row one: Underneath a dimpled yellow sun it says “Today will be good”. Underneath a smiling pink flower, it says “You are growing”. Underneath a rainbow, it says “Believe in yourself”. From left to right on row two: Underneath a red sparkly heart, it says “You are so loved”. Underneath a dimpled yellow star, it says “Keep shining superstar”. Underneath a gorgeously plump green apple, it says “You are enough”.

Try this for low energy cooking. We used some of our old cot blankets to make a 'Blanket Stove' and cook a stew on almost zero energy. @FoodPlacesUK @UKSustain @VegCities @VegPowerUK
