I'm Jewish.
I condemn genocide.
I condemn the Labour Governments role in the Genocide.
The Prime Minister repeatedly conflating criticism of the Israeli Governments genocide and actual antisemitism is disgusting - and makes so many of us as Jewish people feel less safe.

It's not just Gaza, Iran and Lebanon.
In the West Bank since October 2023, Israeli soldiers and settlers have:
Killed 1,071 Palestinians
Demolished 6,000+ homes
Built 200+ illegal outposts
No more U.S. military aid to Israel.

So many Australians with Lebanese heritage and family and Israel is killing and maiming them. Our government is mute in regard to all of Israels bloodlust. Then if they do talk its homilies and folksy tips about petrol, public transport and economics.
Leigh-Anne to Pop Crave on the importance of speaking up on political and social issues:
“I’m always going to lead with compassion. And with the state of the world - there’s so much evil and it’s so f***ed up, it’s horrible at the minute. I just think, how can anyone not? How can anyone not use their platform and say something, even if it’s a f***ing repost. Just something. You can’t ignore what’s happening in the world.”

If you believe a woman driving with her wife and dog deserved to be shot in the face and murdered while clearly trying to turn away from ice agents you are reprehensible. Your political views have twisted you into a vessel of the state and nothing more. You are morally bankrupt

I grew up n the 80s with artists releasing 1 album a year as the norm. And having a mum who was obsessed with The Beatles, knowing that their first 3 years of recording, released 2 albums each year. If you've got the songs, you've got every right to release them how you like.
Sabrina Carpenter on people complaining about artists releasing albums too quickly:
“If artists put out albums frequently, it’s like, ‘Why did they do that? Why are they making art?’ I didn’t watch ‘Frozen’ for like 3 years after it came out… If you’re not ready to hear the music, don’t click play. Just listen in a couple years, or listen when you’re ready.”

I can’t in good conscience continue to work for Reuters given their betrayal of journalists in Gaza and culpability in the assassination of 245 our colleagues.

Famine has been confirmed in Gaza, with over half a million facing starvation, destitution and death.
We have been warning about this impending tragedy for months. The UK can't say they didn't know this would happen.
All available evidence indicates that the Government of Israel is using starvation as a weapon of war.
This siege must end, and the full flow of aid restored.
The UK Government cannot stand by while children in Gaza are starved in plain sight.
No child should face this horror. The UK must uphold international law: hold Israel accountable and suspend all arms sales, including F-35 components.

The reason there is a famine is because Israel systematically blocked food from getting to Gaza’s people.
Their leaders said they were doing this over and over and over again.
The most confessed to crime in history, yet our media covered up both Israel’s intent and actions.

I will not speak to foreign media about the killing of Palestinian journalists.
I will not sit on your global channels to be part of a segment you’ll forget by tomorrow.
To you, we are just a headline — a tragedy to consume, not colleagues to defend.
We are being hunted and killed in Gaza while you watch in silence.
For two years, your fellow journalists here have been slaughtered.
What did you do?
Nothing.
Or maybe it’s because we are Palestinian journalists — we don’t count as “real” colleagues in your eyes.

Gaza is starving.
Words won't feed them - ACTIONS will.
Sanction Israel.
Expel the ambassador.
End the two way arms trade.

you care about Gaza, talk about the famine. People are dying from hunger. There is no flour, no milk for babies, no food for children. I spent the entire day searching for something to feed my family and found nothing. Hunger is not a feeling, it is a slow death. It has become worse than fear. I hate talking now because it feels pointless, but maybe someone out there will finally listen

UNRWA has enough food for the entire population of #Gaza for over three months stockpiled in warehouses–including this one in Al Arish, Egypt–awaiting entry.
The supplies are available. The systems are in place.
Open the gates, lift the siege, allow UNRWA to do its work and help people in need among them 1 million children.
