This morning, a 65 year-old man woke up in the early hours and heard thieves in his garage.
He called the police. Unfortunately, the officer on the phone told him they don't have any police officers free at the moment.
The guy hung up and then called again in a moment and tells the officer:
- it's about these thieves in my garage.
Don't bother coming anymore i’ve shot them.
After literally 2 minutes, 4 police cars, Armed response, counter terrorists, ambulances turned up,..... Thieves were obviously caught.
Police officers had a chat with the gentleman
Officer says - " You said you shot them! "
Gentlemen - " And you said you don't have a free police car "

For years, people claimed Full Self-Driving would never work in Europe because of:
• Super narrow roads
• Blind corners everywhere
• Poor or completely missing road markings
• Situations where you often have to reverse to let oncoming traffic pass
Today I let FSD handle my daily commute on exactly these challenging Belgian roads.
It wasn’t busy, but it smoothly managed the tight lanes and exhausting bends with zero issues.

A Czech billionaire has bought Royal Mail, Italy owns a UK rail franchise, India runs the steel industry and now a Chinese infrastructure group is set to pick up Thames Water for next to nothing. Is this what Brexiteers meant by Take Back Control?

Meanwhile, Rachel Reeves is taxing you for every last penny.

Do petrol stations need to adapt to survive the EV transition?
This Texaco filling station is on a big plot, but has no rapid chargers, but lots of other facilities such as a car wash, Amazon safebox area, launderette, shop and more. Lots of space around the back too.
The second picture shows a plot which has been wasteland for decades. Whatever was there before has long gone, but it’s recently been granted planning permission for an EV charging hub right next door to the Texaco filling station.
Norway shows many filling stations adapting to the EV transition with rapid chargers, and some have entirely removed the liquid fuel pumps and replaced them with rapid chargers.
But what will become of those filling stations that do not adapt? Will their trade fritter, will they close, or will they be bought up and converted?
