The Beatles - If I Fell
Duet with @LoganPaulMurphy
Logan is an incredible musician and the G.O.A.T. of solo Beatles covers.
He very kindly (after much pestering) allowed me to jump on a Beatles cover with him and I promised I would try not to let him down 😂

Hugh Grant reflects on his favorite roles and the characters closest to his real self. In this thoughtful interview, he shares how his portrayal in Paddington 2 resonates deeply, capturing both vulnerability and a hint of narcissism. He also discusses his evolving career, from romantic leads to more unexpected roles. 📽️ COLOMENDY
🌳 Colomendy Loggerheads, Mold North Wales, enjoyed by thousands of #Merseyside / #Liverpool children over the decades.
🚸 It always reminded me of films like #OurDayOut, it captured perfectly what life was like as classes of #Scouse children decended on this small part of North Wales during the 1970/ 80s
😢 For many of us, it was our first time away from parents, our first 'holiday', maybe the first time away from #Liverpool at such a young age. Fears of #PegLeg were real, tears on the first night were aplenty and stories of rubber toast were also true
❔ If you could, would you go back?
❓ What are you favourite memories of Colomendy?

no doubt Red Teams can help but a deep lesson is the number of times bureaucracies crush them somehow. similar happened re JAP/carriers in 40s & CIA red team viz Vietnam. if the leadership of bureaucracies don't want to face reality...

A No Fly Zone enforced by NATO is an act of war that could *easily start A NUCLEAR WAR*.
It is INSANE & coming from many of the same people who gave us Iraq/Afghan disasters.
People who suggest it/similar shd be nowhere near power.

When Russia invaded Hungary in 1956, Eisenhower didnt babble about 'Munich' & start a nuclear war. The West had a patient long-term strategy for containment, deterrence & ultimately bankrupting the regime. Not twitter-hysteria friendly but that's what's needed

For those interested in the 'why' of Russia's lawless invasion of Ukraine, this rare piece is recommended.
