As part of our Skills in Agent GA, I whipped up this lil' /font-pairings skill that will help you find some additional pairings for any selected frame. It does a quick analysis, suggests 5 new pairs (any amount you ask for), and then duplicates and applies the suggestions.
Now it’s been 16 minutes for 5 minutes. We’re gonna have some math word problems to work out here soon.
“If Greg orders a priority pickup that says ‘9 minutes’, then immediately changes to ‘19 minutes’, and once it reaches, ‘16 minutes’ stays unchanged for 5 minutes…
There are a bunch of crazy facts/stats/data on this one, but I’ll just go with this:
Squad salary for Arsenal: $260 million
Squad salary for Fleetwood Town: $3 million
OBAMA: He pulled out of the JCPOA, starts this war—Seven months later, six months after they declared victory, how's that war going?
Our allies and our bases have been attacked. Americans have been killed. Hundreds of Americans have been wounded. We have run down our stock of missiles. And Iran now has veto power over the strait of hormuz, where oil goes through to the world market.
This is the reason why the price of oil is up. Nobody disputes that. This is the reason the price of diesel is up. This is the reason why the price of just about everything is up.
Meanwhile, you got the defense secretary who's squarely focused on important matters: the jawlines and testosterone levels of our troops.
These are not serious people. And the problem is you end up having to pay the price for their lack of seriousness.
This is just not ok. Damn.
We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026.
That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community.
Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward.
We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how:
· Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly.
· Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact.
· Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security.
· The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional.
Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.
Share your weird superpower that may or may not have real value in life.
Mine: I routinely walk into the kitchen within 10 seconds of when the timer goes off. My best is coming in with less than 15 seconds left on banana bread that had been baking for 52 min.
P.Morg over here dropping simple, highly applicable, and important knowledge for free, folks.
Designers building with agents: ask them to optimize your images!
Images are easy to overlook, but they often become the heaviest part of a site. Heavy images slow your site for visitors, your builds, and can even impact your hosting bill.
Keeping a site well optimized used to take real effort and intention. Now it can be as easy as one request.
On my website, I didn't do anything beyond asking my agent to audit the site and optimize the most problematic image assets. In a couple of minutes, it cut the image weight across the two worst areas by 73%! Some individual files dropped by 90% with no visible quality loss, and the agent made me a nice before-and-after preview to QA it myself.
Is it perfect? Probably not. But it's a quick win with almost no downside.
If you do only one performance pass, start with your images and videos. It's the 80/20 rule of website speed, you can often get big gains without major changes to the code, and agents are now very good at optimizing them quickly.
Highly recommend!
Emotional. Figma Agent is out of beta today!
We're officially at the starting line :)
This has been a labour of love for the last two years, from a small experiment, “could we train a model to work on the canvas?”, to a whirlwind of sweating every eval behind every capability, every interaction, every form factor, and every opportunity to make the pieces of Figma work together more intelligently.
I’m really excited about what this workflow unlocks as it permeates more of Figma: search, design, build, edit, animate, synthesize, iterate… all in the place your work, and where your team already explores together.
Very proud of our team. Moving this quickly to tie so much of Figma together while developing entirely new capabilities, through astronomical changes in the AI landscape, takes a lot of resilience, imagination and craft. So it's special to finally see it in everyone’s hands.
There’s so much more we want to push from here.
You’ll start seeing more of our experiments around latency, capabilities and form factor come through. Right now, this feels like a pretty great step toward scaling your craft and creativity while staying in flow.
Try it on its own or use it alongside third-party agents.
Ask it to make tools, animations, shaders, design systems, variations on designs and flows; document your work, prep files, write skills, bring in connectors… 🥵 I could go on.
But tbh I’m much more excited to see where you take it.

Moving on to one of my favorite new artists, @warandtreaty. Their new album is so damn good. SO DAMN GOOD! open.spotify.com/album/406mq…
Picking #My9Albums is nearly impossible. I love every single one of these albums, so I'm not mad at the set, but crazy how much music I love is NOT in here.
Jammin' on a Friday afternoon finishing out a whirlwind week. Throwing on one of the all-time great complete albums, Fields by Junip @_JoseGonzalez_. open.spotify.com/album/2ya2D…

This was one of those projects the team & I were fiending for since I joined @figma. There's always been this fundamental tension between an infinite canvas, touch, and a phone screen size -- but we believe it should be as easy as navigating the photos app on your phone
Lots of other little wins here too like exporting assets to your phone and sharing links to an exact frame! Check out the app when you get a chance: figma.com/downloads/
Happy 66th Birthday, Nigeria!

Test early and test often can by tough when you don't have on-demand access to real users.
Here's how you can test every step of the way using pretend people with real personalities and an agent that's a real collaborator without leaving Figma.

It’s a long life between the start of video game playing and now. Well over 40 years. I stand by these nine tho. #My9Games
So many others. Super Mario Bros, OG Zelda, Joust, Mega Man (arcade), Super Sprint (spin that wheel), Dragon’s Lair, Techmo Bowl (@BoJackson is undefeated), Tron, Burgertime, Donkey Kong Jr., Asphalt 8, PGA. Could go on for hours.
Just play Chess now.
