How's everyone doing so far for #NaNoWriMo? I'm cheering you all on from the sidelines as I sip my overpriced coffee and cry over edits.
Honestly thinking of not doing #nanowrimo now. I’m also a manager in retail. With the holidays—I might have to tap out for my mental well being with my debut novel draft that still needs worked on after its first round of edits (that I want to get ready asap for betas).
Honestly overwhelmed with #preptober for #nanowrimo when I have so many books I want to read. And my normal pace is 1-2 books a month…I have 4 books on my physical TBR while a 0 draft of a novel to write next month.
My #VictoriasSecret card doesn’t work at Bath and Body Works anymore so now I’m just gonna let it close. 😂 I only had it to build credit when I graduated HS. Nothing at that store fits me and the discontinued my favorite perfume so BYE.
I really need to focus on my round 1 edits so I can get it ready for beta readers but I can’t find the time. 😭
About to lose a writer friend at work. I’m going to feel so empty. I won’t have anyone to talk about my story with while working.
Started taking notes of my editor’s notes for when we meet up to discuss in a few months. I was trying to hold out for a full 6 weeks until I touched my novel again after her edits but I’ve been impatient.
Was going 40 in a 35. SUV came and rode my ass. So I slowed down to the speed limit. That was so enjoyable.
My new project will be approached differently for planning it. More like an experiment. Basic elements with Save the Cat! Beat Sheet and then a full fledged outline by NaNo.
How am I still not over all the butterflies my husband gives me? We go on date nights at least twice a month. Going on one tonight when he returns from a business trip. Surprising him with dyed hair!
