Your satellite log was truncated on our side: the last import was cut mid-way, data stopped in Aug 2024. Reloaded now: 1341 grids confirmed, DXCC 111, WAS 50, WAJA 47. Imports run band by band from today, so a slow LoTW report can't truncate your log anymore.

Sorry, I want to be sure I fix the right thing. When you say "can't do it here", do you mean: 1) you can't see your own rank on the User's Ranking page, 2) you can't claim the award, 3) something else? What would you expect to see? Thanks!

Roaming grids / DXCC and number of qsos

Fixed today: confirmations now include status 1, 2 and 3. Your account shows 317 worked / 317 confirmed again, and your ranking will be recomputed at the next hourly update. The 84 minutes is the LoTW report download, not the import itself. »

Your satellite QSOs came back from the last import as "manual LoTW/QSL confirmation" (status 2/3), and both the "VUCC Confirmed" column and the rankings only counted status 1 — that's why you saw 0 everywhere while the Rover's rank was fine.

Please open /account and tick your current grid (ON80EB) in the "Grids" list, your total should jump back up. Thanks for the report

Found it: your account's station-grid filter only listed your old Chinese grids, so all QSOs made from ON80 were excluded — the map and your ranking table now agree again after the fix. .

And now? 0 → 225 grids on the map, and 225 in the corresponding tally sheet (consistent with one another)

Fixed: the WAJA/DXCC/WAZ statistics pages were crashing on the server (PHP upgrade). They work again as of today — please reload and tell me if anything still looks wrong. Thanks for the report.

Fixed on Gridmaster: grids imported from LoTW now appear on the map immediately, and the grid count is back in the header. It was a stale map cache — no update needed at your end. Found another bug? DM us gridmaster.fr
