Memphis is doing everything at a high level right now.
Elite offense.

Great shooting.
Dominant on the glass.
The Grizzlies look like the complete package. 🐻🔥

Nobody had this on their bingo card.
In what was supposed to be a rebuild year, the 6-0 Memphis Grizzlies are making teams look helpless. They're putting up 121.2 points per game while boasting the league's best net rating (15.1).
Cameron Boozer is playing like he's been in the league for a decade, Ty Jerome is an absolute flamethrower and Memphis is showing it can lock teams down when the game gets tight.
The Grizzlies are looking SCARY (for now).
And then there's Sacramento...
The Kings are officially the league's only winless team with a record of 0-6, and things are getting ugly in a hurry.
This is their worst start in nearly 40 years, and the frustrating part is that their offense isn't even the problem.
Zach LaVine is putting up 23.5 PPG. Rookie Darius Acuff Jr. is somehow matching that production with 26.3 PPG, while Domantas Sabonis is dominating the glass with 15.8 rebounds per game.
So what's going wrong?
Defense. Or, more accurately, the lack of it.
Sacramento is allowing a brutal 128.3 points per game, ranking 29th in the NBA.
But here's where things could get REALLY interesting.
Memphis has three more home games coming up against the Pelicans, Pacers, and Thunder.
With the Pacers and OKC seriously banged up, the Grizzlies have a genuine opportunity to reach 9-0.
Meanwhile, Sacramento desperately needs to figure out how to get a stop before this season spirals completely out of control.
Cameroon Boozer was on fire!
