Help stop this anti-DEI wave. It is so backwards. It impacts the ability of non-white-males to be considered equal.
I’m a 64 year old white female that knows systemic bias still exists and the world is a better place with more diversity. Support diversity.
And DEI is just a sub for “people not like me”. I welcome and enjoy different perspectives. That’s how I learn. I already know me. But I value all other perspectives. Together we are better.
