Post-Bariatric Hypoglycemia (PBH) is a severe complication of bariatric surgery.
1. Which clinical characteristics differentiate this group from post-surgical patients who do not develop hypoglycaemia? 2. Is there a way to identify the high risk group pre-operatively? 🤔

Great to see our consensus paper on #prolactinomas further highlighted! Very important to reevaluate , not all "high prolactin" cases are due a #pituitary #adenoma. Incidentalomas are frequent, MRI should be done after excluding other etiologies if PRL <200. @PituitarySoc
