🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 11: NOT-SO-INDEPENDENT SENATE CAMPAIGNS OF DAN OSBORN (NE) AND BRIAN BENGS (SD) 🚨 Two Senate candidates running as independents have ties to Renew American Democracy, the project ran by ex-USAID workers to restructure American governance. And one of them admits on video they've been "coordinating." According to the polls, "independent" Dan Osborn is in a toss-up race with Ricketts in Nebraska. Emerson has South Dakota "independent" Brian Bengs within single digits of Mike Rounds. The strategy is to elect enough independents to deny either party a governing majority—and use their votes as leverage for structural reforms. Osborn's 2024 field director, Austen Campbell, laid out the plan: "We have a goal for 2026 to run a slate of independents and deny both political parties the majority in the House of Representatives in hopes of getting an independent speaker." Bengs said echoed that on a September 2026 Renew to Thrive call: "We don't need to get 50 or 51 to change things. We just need a handful." In their words, this handful is to do "arm-twisting" to get the structural reforms they want. ➡️ Paul Zeitz's May 2026 Concept Note: open primaries, ranked-choice voting, and "independent" redistricting. ➡️ RAD's Constitution Emergency Response draft: an Article V convention with amendments on "campaign finance and voting rights restoration, healthcare, education, and economic security, and ecological rights and climate accountability." The draft calls that the MODERATE strategy. And the political objective extends beyond reforming elections. In 2023, Walt Roberts told the man who now runs the Independent National Convention that stopping the MAGA GOP was "job one." As for ending the two-party duopoly? "That's very secondary right now." Put those statements together. A plan to deny both parties a majority. Candidates running as independents. A small voting bloc positioned to extract concessions. A documented list of proposed constitutional and electoral changes. And a stated priority of stopping the MAGA GOP. The question for Nebraska and South Dakota voters is whether they know what these candidates' political allies have been planning... and whether Osborn and Bengs share those objectives.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 9: THE BIG PICTURE 🚨 Sunday is a day of rest. Today I took a step back and asked, "where is all this money coming from?" I'm too tired to type an actual summary. TL;DR: billions have been invested in restructuring American governance since Trump was elected. Many have warned of a color revolution because they saw the civil society apparatus (aka, having millions of people on standby to break stuff) being built in real time. What makes 2026 different is that it's the first time we know of that we found an operational, short-term plan to actually do a coup. Everything we've covered has been from the R2T NGO, which serves as a recording/coordinating platform of sorts for several key NGOs including the one consisting of 300 ex-USAID employees, RAD. It's well documented in several previous drops that RAD has a tight relationship with the "Blocking" lane, now unified under the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) umbrella led by Horizons Project. I researched the "big picture" of how UDA relates to bigger players, so to speak. This sets up the stage for later, much more consequential drops. I think the video covers it pretty well...

🚨🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 8: THE COMPLICIT FEDERAL WORKERS 🚨 In Drop 7, we saw Paul Zeitz type during a Zoom call: "We are also starting to consult federal workers on how to do some blocking inside the govt agencies during emergency situations - but please do not put that on the form." Excuse me? Actively blocking the federal government during an "emergency situation?" And how are federal workers involved with Renew American Democracy (RAD), a group whose primary mission is to a fundamental rewrite of our Constitution? Turns out, a certain federal workers alliance, FWAD, is working closely with RAD on their goal to rewrite America. FWAD is the Federal Workers Alliance for Democracy, formerly known as "Federal Workers Against DOGE." RAD's published strategy lists FWAD among its endorsers. But FWAD isn't just an endorser. It is a founding partner of the Nationwide Deliberation Campaign (NDC). The goal is "a national People's Proposal of structural reforms" - which, in RAD's other videos and strategy documents, is planned to occur just after the federal government has been declared illegitimate. In a nutshell: with no federal government, a representative (read: DEI) panel of citizens will be assembled, their input collated and stitched into a new constitution for the Fourth Founding. But that is not the only path for restructuring. A concept note also proposes "Constitutional amendments," with "state ratification strategies." Either way, all evidence points to that the NGOs in the Block lane know their goal is to rewrite American governance. Meet the United Democracy Alliance (UDA). UDA is the secret alliance behind the messaging we saw this week: • JB Pritzker's warning that states will "strongly resist" • Governor Newsom's office declaring a "CODE RED" • Norm Eisen talking about "war rooms" • Slotkin predicting a "national security incident" You will not find any mentions of the United Democracy Alliance (UDA) on the web. It is a mega-alliance of resistance NGOs ready to deploy on a moment's notice, monitoring every action President Trump takes and monitoring every polling place. We only can put together the pieces by recordings. Some key quotes: • "if there's a moment where there's a constitutional crisis, like one of the UDA four red lines, if they get crossed… governors then become the kind of lead anchor for political power." 🚨 THE DEMOCRACY FILES / ILLEGITIMACY PLAYBOOK, PART 4: YES, MANY ARE AWARE OF THE GOALS 🚨 This one is a thread because there are multiple materials. On January 15, 2026, Renew American Democracy (RAD), the strategy built around the Democracy Renewal Group's (DRG) ex-USAID democracy officers, held planning exercises for "emergency scenarios" and how it'd affect their "strategic objectives." RAD's explicit goal is in catalyzing those so-called "emergency scenarios" to manifest "structural reform" - the rewriting of American governance which the previous drops have covered. RAD/DRG hold the unique role within the wider blocking / protest alliance of defining what the new government looks like, presumably because they are made of ex-USAID officers who have specialized in installing new governments. As @MikeBenzCyber last night said on his stream, these DRG members come from the CIA coup parts of USAID. It's been suggested that DRG is just a fringe group within the much larger blocking/protest ecosystem. This morning's interim video mentioning Mike Smith disproved that. And PART 4 disproves that further - the wider network is well aware of DRG and that its goal is to secure a new government. They will dress it in the language that it's Trump who will provoke it, and they're only preventing a true Constitutional crisis. In reality, there's a million ways to interpret what a "red line" is, and many ways to get Trump to cross it. Already, articles everywhere are telegraphing that Trump *will* cross it in the form of the Insurrection Act or martial law, softening us up for the coup ahead. Note in the video that they are pretty confident that a "breakthrough" will happen that gets rid of Trump sometime between now and January 3rd, and Mike Smith allegedly acknowledges RAD's role in writing the government that comes after. 🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 3: AMERICA GETS THE FOREIGN-INTERVENTION TREATMENT 🚨 At what point does this become foreign interference of our elections? To back up: the main group that Danielle Reiff and the other ex-USAID workers belongs to, Renew To Thrive (R2T) / Renew American Democracy (RAD) have an explicit strategy document. That strategy outlines "preparing for the worst" which includes the Insurrection Act or "election meltdown," and their goal is to get "structural reform" in place by that - a polite way of saying our Constitutional Republic has to be overhauled. In July 2026, R2T/RAD invited foreign state actors to share experience with the American community, for the express purpose of operationalizing their expertise right here in the United States. All actors had experience in international community assisted transitions (I'll let you figure out what that is a code word for). The disturbing part, though, is that all of the foreign actors' recommendations were implemented right here in America. You may have seen news headlines like: - Restore trust in processes - Increased election security, increased legal presence at polls - Democratic officials hold tabletop exercises - Judges prepare for post-election challenges To be clear, this video doesn't prove that this meeting specifically caused this cascade of escalations. But what it shows is that the democracy-promotion playbook the U.S. spent decades exporting, with situation rooms, observers at every polling place, prebunking and litigation paired with street mobilization, is now being run on America's own election. The same people are running it, and they're taking advice from the foreign actors the U.S. once backed. Now when you look at officials talking about independent watchdogs or tabletop exercises... know that it's because they are now treating the United States midterms exactly the same as they'd treat elections in a third world country. And I think more than a small part of them are hoping that it does become a self-fulfilling prophecy as it has in so many of those countries. (For context, my book Unelected documents that so-called "election meltdowns" are precursors to transitions of power via color revolution.)

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE 🚨 Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution. Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren't working alone. The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T. R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major "blocking" NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that. R2T's role within UDA is concerned with "the day after tomorrow" - in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons "Big Tent" initiative. Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the "illegal orders" messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A. It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself - especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth. You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to. Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants. As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of "redlines" in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against "peaceful" protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them. Important to understand: The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.
