"He's a Muslim, he's from that part of the world. Why wouldn't he stand with his brothers?"
"He's a Muslim and he fights and he's anti-colonialist, I'm assuming. Why wouldn't you support revolutionary movements for your people? I'm not offended by this because Americans are idiots!"

The Supreme Court has denied the petition in Beckwith v. Frey, a challenge to waiting periods. We had been carefully watching that case as there is a circuit split on this issue and the Court had requested reply briefing. Disappointing to say the least.
