Most HS hitters aren't ready for college pitching. They think they're grinding. They're really hitting with no plan.
Team practice won't fix it. A real system will.

Feeling slow through the zone? Barrel dragging? Getting beat by velo?
It's not always about seeing it sooner. It's about being QUICKER. WHIPPIER. ⚡️
Tighter, quicker, more connected turns. 🔥
Bottom hand half bat work with Colton Resop! Working on holding the angles of the lead arm while squaring up the half bat.
Notice when we slow it down how tight his turn remains and how his barrel stays connected to the back shoulder while maintaining his lead arm structure. 👀
Feel it, own it, duplicate it!!

Kael Barney is 2,000+ miles from our cage, and he just had a great fall at Oregon State, hitting .467 with 1 strikeout in his freshman fall.🦫
Rolling over everything to the pull side? It's not your hands. It's the direction you're turning the barrel.
Flat bat: hold direction by turning through the oppo infielder's head. Back shoulder stays over the plate. Short and quick, no bailing out early.
This isn't a quick fix. Consistency and discipline win.
The most consistent kids in games are the most consistent with training.

Just missing your pitch? Fouling it straight back?
Bat speed isn't the issue. Barrel accuracy is.
The more consistently we square it up, the more consistently we hit balls hard. The Sweet Spot Trainer gives immediate feedback: miss the barrel and you feel it instantly.
The on-deck circle isn't just to get loose. Use it to prepare for the at-bat.
- Get on time
- Find your feel
- Breathe
- Set your intention: what's my plan, what's my approach?
By the time you step in the box, all the thinking is already done.
Cole Henderlight + Champ Banks with the Training Bats weighted knob bat 🔨
The weight in the knob → gets the knob turning.
Knob turns → barrel whips through the zone faster, in the direction we want it → oppo gap.
Turn the knob in the direction you want to go.

Hitters. Are you just hitting, or are you training?
I didn't have me when I was playing. No one to help build MY swing and walk alongside me. I let failure decide how I trained.
That's why H2 exists. 🧵
Here's what I train. Five things:
LOAD → how well you load determines how you launch
READINESS → on time before you decide
QUICKNESS → can you go when you want to go?
CONTROL → control your weight to control your wait
PATH → in the zone on time, and how long?
Most coaches want to be right. I want to get it right.
It's your swing, not mine. Find yourself. Find your swing.
