Court Orders Uzodinma to Stop Parading Himself as APC Candidate, Recognizes Former Governor Rochas Okorocha for Imo West Senatorial District
Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday ordered Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma to immediately stop presenting himself as the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Imo West Senatorial District election scheduled for January 16, 2027.
Delivering judgment, the court held that Uzodinma did not win the May 18, 2026 APC primary election, which was conducted by the party and monitored by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The judge said that evidence before the court showed that former Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha secured the majority of votes cast and should be declared the winner.
The judge subsequently ordered the APC to forward Okorocha’s name as its candidate for the 2027 general elections in the Imo West Senatorial District.

While travelling from Jalingo to Kano to see a doctor, I was discussing Nigeria’s economic situation with fellow passengers on the bus.
I told them that Tinubu’s policies have made life increasingly difficult for Nigerians and that we need a change in 2027. I also mentioned Atiku Abubakar’s promise to make life more affordable again, including his plan to restore fuel subsidies.
To my surprise, everyone on that bus was angry about the current economic situation and expressed willingness to vote for Atiku, particularly because of his promise to restore fuel subsidies! 😳
This is a clear reminder that Nigerians are tired of the hardship and are desperately looking for relief.
The cost of living matters! Nigerians want affordable fuel, affordable food, and a better life.
2027 is coming! 🇳🇬
Atiku Abubakar, the Captain of Subsidy Restoration! 💪🏾
Irrespective of whether there are fake voter registration or not the onus is on legitimate voters to ensure only those who come to the PU physically and accredited by the Bvas vote.
Voters and party agents must also ensure they stay behind to ensure not manipulation happens.
With this you have rendered whatever fake voter registration useless.
We can stop it.
This blackmail against the north is now outdated , electoral fraud happens everywhere , the reality is the voters register is filled with fake registrations and also late people and need revalidation.
Just earlier this year INEC said they will do revalidation and all of you cried foul, they left everything to be after the election you are still saying the register is filled with fake people .
What do you want them to do
As a child of the 70s and 80s we fondly remember days when our neighbours were Christians living harmoniously with them, they celebrate Christmas with them, they celebrated Salah with us , sadly all this was killed by latter days extremists that our children now feel is normal for Muslims and Christians to have separate areas in same city, we live in suspicion of eachother. All this open extremism started late 80s and blossomed in the 90s.
Despite video evidence Morka want to twist the information available, he is clearly on damage control, and I guess Alwan is suffering from mouth diarrhea. The ministers must be very angry about this unsubstantiated allegations.

His frame of thought was not talking about the present but the past. As a public commentator, you sometimes generalise without drawing lines.

One of the reason Primary school certificate is asked for in interview is not to see if you have finished primary school is to gauge age, I knew this as I was engaged in employment interviews for my ex employer, checks online did not show when Wike finished primary school or where, which may be deliberate.
Wike may be using football age clearly,
I don't know where Peter Obi got his idea that leaving funds on banks makes one rich, as an ex banker I will tell you most of the bluechips companies are always in debit, infact leaving money in banks shows unseriousness, because a serious man or organisation needs every money to expand or as working capital not leaving it in banks for the bank to enjoy float income
So Tinubu just did one campaign rally in kaduna and is now going to Makkah for about a week it can be more.
But many are saying Umrah is something that can be done in 3 hours why should the president be away for such a long time at a time like now he is needed for campaigning.
Is he also going to France ?
Okafor’s Law is a popular Nigerian relationship theory stating that once a man has been romantically or sexually intimate with a woman, he can always rekindle that connection at any point in the future, regardless of how much time has passed.
The story started from one university student in the 80s called Okafor, he had several relationships and breakups but whenever he wanted intimacy from any ex is not difficult to get, then the law was created by his friends 😂
Is this law true ?
Nigeria’s second richest man, Abdul Samad Isyaku Rabiu, used to be married to Nigeria’s Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy, Hannatu Musa Musawa, during their younger days.
They share a daughter together named Khadija (also referred to as Cookie Rabiu), who was named in honor of Abdul Samad Rabiu's grandmother, Hajiya Bua, before they went their separate parts.
I have noticed that of late, the two still share a strong friendship, which they have never allowed their separation/divorce to affect.
They regularly hang around together and still visit each other regularly.
When BUA Group, the multi-billion-dollar conglomerate that her former ex runs, shared 30 billion cash rewards to BUA Group's long-standing staff at its Night of Excellence and Long Service Awards last year in December. Hannatu Musa Musawa was a special guest of honor at the event.
When Samad celebrated his birthday earlier this year, Hannatu Musa Musawa shared a rare picture of Samad looking fresh and dapper, which the world has not seen before, to celebrate her former husband’s birthday.
And just today, Hannatu visited her former ex in his office in Abuja, and this is the caption that Nigeria’s second richest man shared on his page to celebrate the visit of his former wife.
“Had a lovely surprise visit at my Abuja office today from someone I once called my wife, the Honourable Minister Hannatu Musawa (Hannatu Musawa).
“Times change, but friendship and respect remain. Wonderful to see the passion and dedication she continues to bring to Nigeria’s culture and creative economy.
Wishing her continued success!
End.
I like the friendship that the two former lovebirds share together.
It is just beautiful to watch and a reminder that two people who have seen each other's naked bodies before can still be great friends if the relationship did not work.
Someone called the two of them the healthiest divorce ever, and I agree.
The society paints ex-lovers as villains or enemies, but Hannatu and her former lover boy are reminding us that it should not be so.
You can fall back to friendship when love did not work.
Just do you.
The world will adjust.
Every Tom,Dick and Harry is now in APC PCC they are up to 5000..
This shows they are jittery and they keep putting people names every market day as if that is what will make them win.
Nigerians have rejected you and nothing will change that.

Dear Mr Onanuga
While it will be good if truly the president is going umrah to pray for Nigeria but should I tell you that Umrah rites can be done in 3 hours, many elites just do a day of Umrah as transit and move elsewhere, Is President Tinubu stopping over in Makkah and moving to France to get recharged ?
Thank you

That his 2023 northeners Christians strategy he still wants to use, well I know he has Tinubu to content with in that area as most of their leaders are now cornered by APC
As for ADC we know our pathway and shall follow it.
To get this their 50kwh minimum, you must be having at least 100 solar panels, I wonder which house do that capacity.
May be companies and large offices that have such but not individual homes.
BREAKING: The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has introduced Net Billing rules that let eligible solar owners in Nigeria export surplus electricity and earn credits on their bills.
The scheme covers systems from 50 kWp to 1.5 MWp — mainly for commercial and industrial users. Excess power sent to the grid reduces future electricity bills.
Bigger solar users can now turn leftover power into savings.
One of the major reasons why millennium city Kaduna is always attacked is because of their exposures from behind .
The Estates are after the rivers which makes the possibility of attackers escape very easy in to the bushes..
Normally in most cities army barracks are situated in such outskirts to serve as a shield.
