The strength of our industry in the Carolinas depends on the data and science behind the turf. By donating a round to Rounds 4 Research, you aren't just giving away a tee time—you’re funding the critical research that helps us solve local agronomic challenges.
The funds raised through the EIFG are funneled back into the programs that support our region. Let’s show the rest of the country the strength of the Carolinas GCSA!
How to help:
- Donate a round (or two!) at your facility.
- Share the auction link with your members.
- Help us keep the Carolinas green and growing.

The talent pipeline is filling back up.
While golf’s popularity has boomed in recent years, a troubling trend has been bubbling under the surface: the turf industry is struggling. Not with its practices, but its pipeline of talent.
In today's newsletter, @willknightsTFE wrote about the importance of work being done behind the scenes at golf courses across the country and how the @SSCF_Foundation is helping the turf industry.
We checked Scott’s vitals on arrival.
Great couple of days back at HGTC spending some time with their turf program. Awesome to see so much enthusiasm in these young people and watching three great professors lead them on the right path. Always appreciate the southern hospitality! #ClassB_ordner
