I’m going old school tonight, adding apple and celery cos that’s what my mum put in it. She also put raisins instead of sugar but they can F off. Yuk 😂 not had it in roughly 30yrs so wish me luck. Very old school Aussie dinner. Photos later

First time making and trying extra spicy buffalo sauce tonight! I’m not quite sure what to expect (smells ok, l used ghost peppers and franks hot sauce) but half of America like it so it can’t be that bad 😬 can it? 🤷♂️ hmm we will see l guess.
Iv had a shithole of a day… making a weird japanesey scandi french dinner tonight. Hope it works, crepes with cold smoked salmon, capers, red onion and homemade wasabi mayo on one, garlicy thyme mushrooms with a smoked mozzarella/cheddar on another, and ham n cheese on other.🤞
