⬇️Historic Serpent Mound - Ohio In the rolling hills of Adams County, Ohio, a 1,348-foot earthen serpent coils across a plateau above Brush Creek—the largest surviving effigy mound in the world💫 And it sits within an ancient meteor crater! ☄️ Incredible ancient history that has survived more than our minds can ever comprehend. 🐍 Built by the ancestors of today’s Native people, it holds no burials of its own - although it remains a stunning feat of architecture from ancient people that once roamed and lived on the rolling hills of Ohio and beyond! The serpent's open jaws cradle an oval form while the body aligns directly with the summer solstice sunset 🌇!! Amazing! Additionally, the coils of the serpent track equinox sunrises and lunar standstills, turning the earth into a living celestial calendar that withstands time. The true intent of the serpent mound, which is estimated to have taken hundreds of years (at least) to create, is speculative but the sacred energy of the site is clear. One can imagine the gathering of ancient people to celebrate the cycles of sun, moon, and the underworld. Imagine the gatherings that took place. Feel the energy that they generated and has withstood thousands of years. This energy was fostered and respected by the ancient people. Did they know things we have long since forgotten? The native people were thought to live in seclusion - not gathering in villages or traveling extensively with grafe being only out of necessity. If true, how are numerous nearby burial mounds erected within vast, multi acreage arenas - built to very similar geometric shape combinations and sizes? And what do the shapes and sizes represent? In addition to the mounds, there are intact artifacts built within the mounds and the effigy that are from vast distances including current day New Mexico. Were these obtained through trading or did these ancient people travel the vast distances through unknown and thought to be hostile territory? My opinion is that the modern day "we" are so invested in "history" as we "know it" that we are failing to truly appreciate the sophistication of ancient people. Somewhere along the way historians decided that certain "known" things were "facts". As a result we have stopped digging with curiosity and open minds. We need to ask questions and think outside of the box we've been placed in. History should be studied, remembered, protected so that we can learn from it. But the curiosity and openness to new ideas must remain and fostered even. Controversial statement: We are not all knowing and we do not have everything right. There are truly astonishing histories to be learned. Standing at the Serpent Mound last week, the intention felt clear to my limited knowledge: this was a sacred calendar and a living prayer to the serpent—a form beleived to be the guardian of the underworld, death, and rebirth. The location felt peaceful. Like coming home. The reason behind the location seems clear - an ancient meteor strike and not far from the river. But why the size? The shape? And the sheer effort over hundreds of years to erect this effigy, place valuable artificats within, restore and protect this effigy over the years so that it has clearly withstood modern man? We likely will never know for sure. The remaining energy at the Serpent Mound - as well as the nearby ancient burial mound sites - is incredibly powerful. Respect the sacred land, honor the energy, breath in history - visit this site. And for those willing and able to see or feel what these sites have left us beyond the physical - take the time. You won't be disappointed. #SerpentMound #HauntedHistory #Ohio

Did you see this? Ringwood's borough manager, Scott Heck, has about 6,200 hours of comp time on the books, valued at $813,240 by a borough consultant As manager, he signed off on his own timesheets. He offered to trade it all for lifetime retiree health coverage worth about $324K, and residents packed meetings demanding answers. •nj.com/passaic-county/2026/0… •northjersey.com/story/news/p…

And here's another evil mother for the pink shirt club to celebrate.
She strangled and stabbed her 3 year old daughter. Then she drove them both to the police station. Anum Khalil Khan, 35, of Abilene, Texas. Her daughter, Mirha Ozair, was 3½. On Aug. 12, she pulled into the Abilene PD parking lot. She carried the little girl toward the doors. Mirha had several stab wounds to her chest and belly. Her neck had strangulation marks. Police say Khan told officers, "I killed her." She allegedly said she strangled her with a rope-like device, then stabbed her. Mirha bled to death. Khan's father tracked them to a field and followed her to the station. Family says Khan worked as an audiologist. She's indicted on capital murder of a child under 10. She's held on a $3.5 million bond. No motive has been released. But...... She filed for divorce from Mirha's father in May 2025. Police say she was working on divorce and custody papers the morning Mirha died. She admitted taking medication but wouldn't say what. I guess we just wait for the inevitable insanity defense.

All four say they never endorsed her and the quotes were made up. She's already facing a prosecutor's investigation over missing campaign signs, and the election is Nov. 3. newjerseyglobe.com/local/wes…

🚨 TAKE A VOTE! Trump just blasted the Senate for letting the Daylight Saving bill DIE. House already passed the Sunshine Protection Act 308 to 117. Permanent daylight. No more clock changing. America wants light in the evening. Almost nobody wants this twice-a-year nonsense. Senate is sitting on it. Trump’s order is simple: TAKE A VOTE.

LGBTQ activist has a deer-in-headlights moment when Piers Morgan asks her to explain what “non-binary” actually means. When she can’t, she calls it “uncomfortably personal.” Then Riley Gaines finishes her off. PIERS MORGAN: “I just want to ask, what do you mean by non-binary?” ACTIVIST: “Um when I say I’m non-binary, I’m expressing my identity in a way that I have the right to do.” PIERS MORGAN: “What does that mean? There’s only one of you.” ACTIVIST: “Actually, they/them has been the collective they has been used to refer to individual people for centuries and still is. So, um, I mean, if you don’t understand basic grammar, that’s on you.” PIERS MORGAN: “I’ve got to be honest with you, I don’t understand the concept of what non-binary means… There’s one of you sitting here, and you look to me female. You’re a female?” ACTIVIST: “If you don’t understand what non-binary means…” PIERS MORGAN: “Are you a female?” ACTIVIST: “…then I’m not sure you’re in a position to lead a debate…” PIERS MORGAN: “But if you can’t explain it in simple language, then what’s the point?” ACTIVIST: “I don’t think that I’m here to discuss the contents of my identity.” PIERS MORGAN: “You raised this whole thing. I didn’t mention anything about what you were. You did.” ACTIVIST: “This has really become uncomfortably personal.” PIERS MORGAN: “Has it? You said it, not me…” That’s when Riley Gaines dropped the hammer. RILEY GAINES: “If you think this is uncomfortably personal, try undressing in a locker room with a 6’4 naked man.”

🚨#BREAKING: A family in Georgia is outraged after they paid to have their 4-year-old pug named Cha Cha euthanized... ...and then MONTHS LATER later saw a photo on Facebook of their dog ALIVE AND WELL with a vet from the animal hospital The story is wild. According to the family, Cha Cha the dog got very sick, the vets told them it was organ failure and diabetic ketoacidosis... so the family decided euthanisia was the best course of action. The family said goodbye in March, paid the bill, and went home grieving. But according to the family, someone at that hospital was very attached to Cha Cha, because a worker took her home instead. Months later, Rebecca (the owner of Cha Cha) was scrolling Facebook and saw a photo. Her words: “I knew scrolling like that’s my dog.” Even more wild...the vet's husband confirmed it, his wife not only had Cha Cha, but he says the pug was in GOOD HEALTH. The dog they were told was dying was actually ALIVE and DOING WELL. But it gets worse. When the family went to the hospital, managers DENIED IT, Rebecca says they got a LAWYER and won’t talk about it. Then, the family believes, the hospital put Cha Cha down to hide what happened. Rebecca’s words: “The fact that they put a healthy dog down. That’s just sick.” And this is NOT the first time. Earlier this year, another family said their cat Annie was supposed to be euthanized at the SAME hospital, and a worker took her home too. The hospital admitted it “fell short” that time. And Annie? She was put down too. So twice now, a dog or cat has been alive and cared for after the family said goodbye. ...this is beyond insane

She thinks sex with a 9-year-old is disgusting… until she finds out Muhammad did it A woman in a street interview immediately calls the idea of sex with a 9-year-old “disgusting” when it’s presented as something Trump supposedly did in the Epstein files. She smiles, leans in, and treats the claim as an obvious moral outrage. Then the interviewer shows her Sahih al-Bukhari 5134. Aisha herself narrates that Muhammad married her at six and consummated the marriage when she was nine. The woman’s expression shifts. She laughs awkwardly, turns, and walks away while the interviewer keeps asking if she still thinks it’s gross.

Just picked up the stomach meds they were giving me through IV in hospital. Comes with side effects listed as; - bone fractures - acute kidney problems without warning - lupus (yes, can CAUSE a Lupus you don't already have) - low magnesium/potassium leading to seizures, dizziness, spasms, heart rate issues Add in the explosive diarrhea by an infection and you've got a lot of fun. Why is this the go to med??? I have enough issues ffs. These are warnings on the pharmacy sheet - not fringe side effects on a reddit board.
