→ (Senior) R&D Engineer Thermofluids: CFD, multiphase heat transfer, rheology – and the rigs to test them.
→ Senior Mechanical Engineer: from downhole tool to surface hardware, concept to field.

Istanbul and San Francisco, one message:
Europe has to build what it can no longer afford to import.
Our CEO @drwerner took that case to the mainstage at Slush’D Istanbul and the Headline AGM this month.
It’s Talent Tuesday, and we’re hiring for two roles in Munich.
Our R&D Technician will spend most days in the lab with Cerberus, our fibre laser drilling system: testing the system and its subsystems, building and aligning opto-mechanical assemblies, and setting up the lab infrastructure we develop in. If you have built hardware by hand and enjoy figuring things out when the setup doesn’t exist yet, we’d like to hear from you. Hands-on experience matters more to us than the title on your degree.
Our Senior In-Situ Recovery Engineer will build the technical foundation of our ISR business line. We’re looking for someone with real ISR experience, most likely from uranium or copper, who wants to apply it to critical minerals in Europe, including deposits that conventional ISR hasn’t been able to reach.
All details and the application are here: hades.com/hiring

Going deeper takes two kinds of expertise:
Understanding the chemistry inside the ore body, and building the hardware that reaches it.
This week we’re hiring for both, in Munich:
→ ISR Reactive Transport Modeller – Geochemistry
In ISR, the ore body is the reactor. You’ll build the geochemical and reactive-transport models that predict its chemistry, for deeper, harder host rocks where few calibrated models exist.
→ Mechanical Engineer
You’ll own the mechanical design of our laser drilling system, from downhole tooling and pressure-bearing housings to surface deployment hardware, and take it from first concept to the field.
Take real ownership. Build hands-on. Have an impact on Europe’s future.

@Hades made it on the Hardlist — the index of Europe’s most ambitious hardware startups.
Their manifesto calls for “a new industrial layer” for Europe. Ours starts underground.
Sovereignty begins subsurface.

Talent Tuesday at @Hades.
Building Cerberus takes two things: a laser drilling system that works deep underground, and a team that can design, test and deploy it in the field.
The technology is how we reach critical minerals and geothermal energy faster and more efficient. The team is how we get there.
This week we're featuring two new roles in Munich for people who want to own hardware problems from first concept to the drill site.
See yourself in one of these roles? Apply. Know someone who fits? Forward it. The right introduction can change what we build next.
1/ European sovereignty requires a new interplay between state and industry. Proud to have contributed to the new founder playbook by @HVCapital and @SPRIND. Three takeaways 🧵
