The most important #healthcare decisions happen in rooms like this. Focused working sessions. Leadership teams working through growth, staffing, alignment & technology decisions. In healthcare those choices quickly raise reimbursement, regulatory & transaction implications.

In diligence, simple questions can get three different answers. Comp. Fees. Related-party payments. Nothing is obviously wrong. It just doesn’t tie. That’s where healthcare deals slow down. I’ll be at #DealMAX this week and would be glad to compare notes.
