I'm AC. Scaled personal ecom stores past $10,000,000+ Helped my students collectively pass over $50M in sales. But none of that was supposed to happen. Here's the real story: Born in Kansas City. Single mom. Gambling addiction. Dad in and out of my life. Sister in and out of rehab. No role models, stability and guidance. High school? Selling drugs. Multiple arrests. Cycle of trouble I couldn't break. I knew I was meant for more. Just couldn't see the way out yet. College was supposed to change everything. Started in Computer Science. Hated it. Switched to Marketing. Met a roommate making thousands dropshipping fake designer bags. That's when I first saw a path to freedom. But I was still making the same mistakes. Got arrested again. Spent 2 days in jail. Sitting in that cell, I realized: if I don't change now, I'm stuck in this cycle forever. Graduated. Got 3 job offers: Baltimore, Oakland, Dallas. Picked Dallas. New city. Fresh start. No safety net. Moved into my first apartment. Week later? Got robbed. Everything gone. Called my job hoping for support. They didn't care. "Come in anyway." That's when I realized: corporations don't give a f*ck about you. You're a number. Replaceable. I had to build something of my own. Tried dropshipping in 2016. Quit after one day. Too overwhelming. Tried again in 2017. Failed for months. Burning money. No sales. Ready to give up and move back home. Then disaster hit. A crane crashed into my apartment complex. K*lled one person. Injured six others and destroyed the building. I was homeless. Again. With nothing. City gave me $5K for furniture and 2 months rent. I didn't buy furniture. I invested every cent into dropshipping. Snuck back into the destroyed apartment that night to grab my laptop. Was the only tool I had left. This was my one shot. December 2018. Found a product trending on TikTok. 265K likes. Everyone said "too saturated." I moved anyway. went on to hit $100K+ in 30 days. First time I ever saw that kind of money. Then Facebook banned the store. PayPal held all my funds. Back to $0. Again. Most people would've quit at this point. I just started over. Launched a baby product 3 months later. $1.7M in 9 months. That's when I realized: restarting isn't failure. It's part of the process. Was the first time I ever got on a plane, First time I traveled, and the first time I had money to breathe. Started posting my journey on Instagram and YouTube with no agenda. Just sharing. People started reaching out. "How did you do this? Can you help me?" Went on to grow my YouTube to over 600k subs. My schedule filled up fast. I realized I couldn't help everyone for free. So I started charging. That became Supreme Ecom. 35k+ students later. $50M+ in collective sales. Some scaled from $0 to $100K in 120 days. Others hit $1M+ in under a year. I've watched people quit their jobs. Buy houses for their moms. Build real freedom. That's what this is really about. Not just the money. The freedom. I still work 60-70 hour weeks. Still trying to find balance with my family. Still figuring this shit out. But I'm not the kid in the Red Cross shelter anymore wondering if I'll ever make it. If you're stuck right now, just know: your rock bottom is your setup, not your end. Keep moving.

I'm fcking BEGGING you: > start a store this week > sell to grandparents buying for grandkids > find what they buy in 5 mins tonight > hit $1K days before Christmas > take December off work > pay for every gift in cash > start 2027 debt free Here's how to get to $1K days: 1. PICK THE BUYER ($0) Grandparents spend thousands a year on their grandkids, and Christmas is the biggest day on that list They're on Facebook every single day They have no idea what kids are into right now, so they buy what the ad shows them They usually have more than 1 grandkid, so they buy more than 1 And spending less on a grandkid feels like loving them less 2. FIND WHAT'S SELLING (5 MINUTES) Open the Meta Ad Library and set the country to Germany or France Search kids' gift and toy brands that also sell in Europe Click any ad and open "European Union transparency" It shows how many people saw that ad, broken down by age Big numbers in the 55-64 and 65+ rows means grandparents are the ones seeing it It won't show you sales. So only trust ads that have also been running 30+ days, because nobody pays to keep a loser on for a month 3. BUILD THE BUNDLE ($79) Pick an activity or STEM kit from that search Sell it as a set for 2 grandkids at $79, never as 1 toy at $35 A supplier with 4.7+ stars and 1,000+ orders lands the set at around $24 4. ONE PAGE (1 NIGHT) Headline is the kid's face on Christmas morning, not the toy specs Under the price: "Order by Nov 30 for Christmas delivery" Add a gift wrap option. Grandparents tick it every time 5. THE ADS ($50 PER AD SET A DAY) One sales campaign. Broad. Age 55+. US 3 videos. Show the kid opening it and playing with it, not someone talking about it Budget $1,500-3,000 for the first test and leave it alone for 7 days Under $35 a sale = raise the budget 20% every 3-4 days. Over $45 = new video, same product 6. THE DATES Nov 26: Thanksgiving Nov 27: Black Friday Nov 30: Cyber Monday, and your last day to promise Christmas on China shipping After that: move the winner to a US warehouse or change the line to "ships after Christmas" 7. ONE ORDER, BROKEN DOWN $79 bundle $24 product and shipping $8 fees and refunds $47 left before ads Keep your cost per sale under $35 and every order puts money in your pocket 8. AFTER CHRISTMAS Grandkids have birthdays all year and Easter is 3 months away Keep every buyer on your email list. The ones who order twice are the reason you get your own packaging and turn it into a brand Under 60 days until Christmas. The China cutoff is Nov 30. Reply "ORDER" and I'll send you the full day-by-day plan, every day from tonight to Christmas.

- Pet owners spend more on their dog than on themselves. - Grandparents spend thousands on their grandkids. - Women 35-55 buy for the entire house. You don't need a new niche bro. You need to pick a buyer and dial tf in

Someone in my group built his whole Black Friday gift collection in one night last week. A month out and plenty of stores still don't know what they're running for Q4. Instead of starting with products, he started with 4 rules every gift had to pass: > Ships from a US warehouse > Under $50 > Obvious who it's for > Nothing people send back On a normal day, that's a week of work. Scrolling suppliers, checking where everything ships from, cutting what's too pricey, then writing every listing. Instead, he used a dropshipping platform called Doba that has its own AI agent built in. He gave it the niche, the price range, and told it US warehouse stock only. It pulled the options, he cut anything that broke one of the four rules, and it wrote the listings and pushed them to his store. He had it done before bed, with 11 products instead of 40. It's crazy how almost every step of running a store has a faster route now. Stuff that used to take a week is turning into an evening. Black Friday is November 27th. If you're adding a gift line this year, the rules you run it through matter more than the list.

There are only 2 skills that make people rich without a degree now: 1. Selling 2. Getting attention Every rich person under 30 I know is good at at least one.

In 5 years there will be two kinds of people. The ones who learned to make AI work for them. And the ones talking about how AI took their job and how they hate it cause it's taking all the water

Scaling a winning product in 2026 is basically: Find the angle that's winning Find the buyer it's winning with Write new hooks for that same angle Build new angles for new buyers Match a page to every angle Raise the order value That's how one product carries a whole store

1. Open X search 2. Type "why is there no" OR "someone should make" + your niche min_faves:10 3. Tap Latest 4. Find the same complaint 5x 5. Paste into AI, ask for 5 ideas 6. Check Reddit too 7. Build the best one with AI 8. Run ads to it X will hand you a product idea for $0
i was having dinner with someone recently who asked why i spend so much time reading & posting on x. she had a pretty negative perception of the platform mostly shaped by the mainstream narrative around it. my answer was simple. x is where the future gets beta tested. you basically get to watch ppl build things, talk through ideas, show off stuff, & argue about where everything is going, way way before it reaches anyone else. there really isn’t another surface on the internet quite like it.
