“Every Step Stronger - Your Foundation for Winning at Life” launches 10/17. It’s an easy and exciting read with invaluable take home information. I’m asking everyone who has benefited from my contributions to movement training to please buy this book ($2.99 ebook launch price on Amazon) October 17th 2026. I’ll be banging the drum to hopefully make a big impact on launch day. Please help spread the word if you’re one of the incredible people sharing and providing the world with a stronger physical education. The body is the “root system” of the brain. Everything improves upon the foundation of physical integrity realized thru balance. Balanced locomotion is the simplest, most practical way to experience more joy. Less pain. Be better at sports. Build a true foundation for winning at life! Thank you!

I love underdog stories. I love it when those - who against all odds - overcome all obstacles and emerge victorious. David slay Goliath is my favorite underdog story. It has special significance for me (because he wasn’t actually the underdog). He knew he had command of the range and distance. He knew the giant was no match for the stone he would sling. No one around him understood his advantage. Fosbury changed the sport of high jumping. They laughed… until they cheered. And he is emulated by every high jumper today, and to come. Fosbury discovered the “biomechanical endgame” for jumping over the bar within the rule set. I have the same faith in my work. I’ve made discoveries, and have created training tools that provide genuine athletic advantage. My book, “Every Step Stronger - Your Foundation for Winning at Life” tells the stories that I lived in this process. It launches 10/17. Entrepreneurship. Inventing. Overcoming obstacles and transforming defeat into victory. The relentless pursuit of better. My “athletic inadequacy” forced me to seek athletic advantage for myself, but more so for others, because I couldn’t express the athleticism and win in sports personally. How many people can I help? And how proudly can I help them.? This is how I evaluate my success. My self worth. Head-Over-Foot Coiling the Core is the foundation for balanced locomotion. And RopeFlow is the Rosetta Stone for athletically integrated movement. Neither one of these requires anyone to pay me anything. I share because I care. And integrity is everything for me.

I asked @HandballNinja - a world class athlete - how he likes to use the Power Vest (he’s had one from first prototypes to finished now). Training - game prep - JUST WEAR IT A LOT. So I did a test. I wore the Power Vest every day all day from Thanksgiving to the end of February. My rule was, when I got home at night and took it off, could I jump just as high or higher? If not I’d not wear it the next day. And I ended up wearing it every day all day and gained close to 3 inches on my jump height. In addition to producing dramatic day one you’re faster results, the Power Vest is cleaning up running technique with its unique training stimulus. And I’ve gotten a dozen compliments already walking the streets of Manhattan — people, love my hat!

Freeing Spines to move fluidly, athletically & naturally. The algorithm feeds me lots of the movement practices, strategies and training tools I’ve created. RopeFlow is a rapidly growing worldwide movement. Because it’s fun for so many AND it’s the Rosetta Stone for integrated athletic movement. Athletes can do it with practically no exertion (between intense sets, prep, recovery). They can do the Ropes with intensity - or any level in-between. Rotational Movement Training.

'WHAT A PERFECT ENDING TO A HISTORIC DAY!" A game-winner to cap a 50-point, 16-rebound, 10-assist night AND his record-breaking 42nd triple-double, which passed Oscar Robertson for the single-season record 🤯 April 9, 2017 was SPECIAL. Congrats on an amazing 18-year NBA career, Russ!

Topic matter aside, I never thought I would see the day @stephenasmith would make a public apology about a past take of his! We really all can grow 😄🙌🏿
Stephen A. Smith officially issued a public apology to Kyrie Irving for his past criticism regarding the COVID-19 vaccine mandates: "It turns out that no matter what the truth is behind all of this, Kyrie Irving did nobody wrong. We did him wrong. I did him wrong. And for that, I’m sincerely sorry."

The “This Is Football” doc has great segment of Pep Guardiola watching his Barcelona game tape and adressing idea that Messi walks lazily around the pitch: “He’s walking. That’s what I like the most. He is not out of the game, he’s involved. He’s moving his head. Right, left, left, right. He knows exactly what is going to happen. But his head is always…moving. He’s not running, but he’s always watching what’s happening. He smells where are the weak points in the back four. After 5-10 minutes, he has the map in his eyes…in his brain to know exactly where is the space and what is the panorama. It’s like being in the jungle and I have to survive. And he knows if I move here or here, I will have more space to attack."
Look at how the opponent's react when Messi gets the ball😭
