Timing is Friday night through Monday, and totals range between around an inch in far western MA to up to 4-6 inches in eastern MA, including the Cape and Islands. Totals increase from west to east. Prolonged period of rainfall, potentially heavy at times within bands expected. Urban poor drainage street flooding is another concern.

Seas up to 20 ft offshore are possible, along with winds gusting between 45-60 kt. Storm force winds and hazardous waves will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
