The winner of this episode of Battle Master has been a debate topic in our internal DMs and, as Rules Master, I am eating it all up.
The rules are "Most Items Stacked"

Hopefully @McBiggitty and @Darren_Mooney can help talk me down.
Live, in about an hour.
