Humility and confidence are not mutually exclusive and great leaders have both.
Humility to know what they don’t know and confidence to ask questions and rely on others.
Humility to know that they’re not perfect and confidence to admit their mistakes and to grow and improve.
Graduation season feels more like New Years to me. Natural time to celebrate, cultivate gratitude, reflect, and slow down to check if focus is on the right things. Enjoy the relative pause of summer. #academiclife #essentialism #whatsyourwhy

Congressional junky here. We are seeing the constitution at work in a way only a few generations have ever witnessed. #Constitution #DebateMatters
And it’s done. Hopeful the implications for rules and the optimal role of #Speakerofthehouse in facilitating governance takes root.
Jefferson & Madison would recognize our #ConstitutionalRepublic 230+ years later.
