Fanning met Farwell in an elementary school parking lot, without recording the interview or taking notes - and they not only failed to preserve Farwell's electronic communications, but they had no plan to do so in the first place.
Fanning personally accessed Birchmore’s laptop, altering data, as Guarino acknowledged, and somehow the files were lost during the forensic review led by Fanning. Guarino said he had notified supervisors about missing information (but couldn't produce a report documenting that notification).
And they IGNORED the report about the assault by Farwell on Birchmore and Birchmore being pregnant with this child -
And Fanning STILL works for MSP???
