NOTA AO BRASIL
Fui procurado por vários veículos nesta semana, inclusive pela Rede Globo, que me convidou para uma entrevista exclusiva. Aceitei com uma condição simples: que fosse exibida na íntegra, sem cortes e sem temas proibidos. A emissora preferiu não seguir adiante. Pelo que tudo indica, o Fantástico deste domingo vai exibir uma longa reportagem a meu respeito, sem me dar o direito de resposta. Se o maior grupo de comunicação do Brasil está com MEDO, não tem a menor condição moral de me julgar ou tentar destruir minha reputação.
Não sai do Brasil, sai pelo Brasil! Sonhei com a mudança do nosso país para melhor e, no domingo, apenas sete minutos após o anúncio do resultado das eleições já havia uma decisão judicial com medidas cautelares contra mim, com base em mentiras.
Doze horas depois e no meio da rua, fui intimado do início da perseguição, ao deixar a casa do Presidente Bolsonaro. Tudo diante do olhar lacrimejado de um pai, com comorbidades, que está condenado a mais de 27 anos de prisão - sem ter cometido crime algum - e que já sofre pela distância de outro filho que não vê há mais de um ano e meio, em função da perseguição ilegal e arbitrária que também sofre.
Isso não é democracia e está muito longe de ser um processo judicial justo e imparcial.
Ao menos estou num país onde posso manifestar livremente minha opinião, não serei alvo de um juíz que acordou com vontade de fazer o mal e enviou a sua polícia à minha casa para revirar as calcinhas das minhas filhas na gaveta.
Fui candidato à Presidência enfrentando todo um sistema que quer as coisas continuem como estão no Brasil: ótimas para eles, mas muito piores para você. Não me arrependo de absolutamente nada do que fiz e deixo uma reflexão: “Não há remédio eficaz no Brasil para cessar violações a Diretos Humanos.” (Cristiano Zanin, em 7/Ago/2016).
Nos próximos dias, vou conversar com grandes veículos nacionais e internacionais. Sem cortes, sem filtro. Quem quiser ouvir, ouvirá o que ninguém mais pode dizer estando no Brasil.

É curioso receber críticas por propor um simples plebiscito: perguntar ao povo sulista se ainda faz sentido permanecer neste pacto federativo, nos moldes atuais.
A crítica mais comum é: “é inconstitucional”.
Ora, se a Constituição não permite que o povo seja consultado, que se debata e se questione de forma pacífica e sem violência, então ela não é um instrumento de liberdade. É um instrumento de amarras.
Se o povo é livre, ele pode questionar.
Se o povo é livre, ele participa de um pacto de forma espontânea e não por obrigação permanente.
Questionar a participação do Sul neste pacto é legítimo. E tem feito muita gente despertar para a realidade:
1- Enviamos bilhões para Brasília e volta quase nada.
2- Nossas vidas são decididas longe de nós, por políticos que muitas vezes nem conhecem nossos estados.
3- A Constituição de 88 silenciou os estados. Quase nada ficou para as assembleias legislativas decidirem.
Dizem que o Brasil é uma federação.
Mas compare com uma federação de verdade, como a americana, onde os estados têm autonomia real para governar a si mesmos. Aqui não, somos uma federação jurídica, no papel. Na prática, os governos estaduais são meros administradores de normas federais.
Portanto, todo esse questionamento sobre a liberdade do Sul faz sentido.
Vivemos em um país ultracentralizado, com federação apenas no nome.
E se o povo não pode sequer ser perguntado sobre isso, então a Constituição não está protegendo a liberdade. Está impedindo o povo de exercê-la.
