Minimum trench: 6 hours.

Lock in.
5. DON'T OBSESS OVER NA TIME
Don't look at NA too much.
Avoid letting short-term noise influence decisions.

I recently realized that the key to staying focused is not listening to music or having anything else in the background while trenching.
So my brain can focus on one thing.
Making money.
Music is a great thing and very entertaining. I can't live any day without listening it.
But its playing with my emotions while trenching.
If I am happy it makes me happier.
If I am sad it makes me sadder than I am.
I need to experience that momentary emotion in a normal way so that I can get past it normally.
Otherwise, I can't pull myself together normally.
