I see a lot donโt know what suspended sentence means in the CS. A suspended sentence doesn't mean his sentence was cancelled. It means he won't go to jail ONLY if he doesn't cause any trouble during the period the court gave. If he does, the case will be reopened and he'll serve the jail term.
