One of today’s treasures. A tealight candle inside and this stone church is lit up ready for Christmas midnight Mass ❤️😊🙏🏻
Today’s adventures part four: the Christmas shop! A little old sandstone building, four floors of the most unusual but gorgeous Christmas decorations. We have a tradition where we each pick one new decoration every year. I may have gone slightly over my allocation 😬
Also of note the Catholic Church had a lovely portrait of St Mary MacKillop of the cross. Not the standard one of her in her own- but one that truly depicts her mission. Surrounded by children. I loved it
Today’s adventures part 3: we stumbled on the catnolic church on Richmond. A beautiful old
19th century sandstone vehicle with the most incredible interior and stained glass. They still had altar rails! The church of St John the evangelist. We lit a candle for Stipè ❤️
Today’s adventures- Part two… the Richmond bridge. Australia’s oldest bridge. Full sandstone. It was beautiful. I
Think it was built in 1823 ❤️
Incoming… today’s adventures part one… the Tasmanian ice creamery ❤️❤️❤️ Em got a rainbow icecream cup. I got a double scoop waffle cone. One scoop of banana (real bananas), one scoop of caramel 😋 It was incredible and such a yummy treat!

I made this video for those who are going through difficult times and have no one to turn to; for those who feel that life has become a prison and that everyone has turned their back on them, calling them failures.
It is for those who cry bitterly in the loneliness of their rooms but come out smiling so that others will not see their pain or call them failures. It is for those who need comfort, encouragement and hope.
This video is for you. You are not alone, and your struggles do not define your worth.

“Daddy, am I going to die?”
A question my 11 year old Daughter asked me that still haunts me every single day.
My hope is that the general public will finally understand how devastating #ChildhoodCancer truly is & how desperately we need their support if real change is ever going to happen in our community.
If you care about Children battling cancer, please follow & become a voice for them. 🙏🏻

Pope Leo XIV on death:
“Dear friends, in Christ, death does not dissolve our bonds. Rather, it transfigures them into a new dimension, which can be understood only in the mystery of His love, given to the very end on the cross and poured out after His paschal victory. By welcoming the charity of the risen Lord in the holy Eucharist, let us therefore preserve and nurture this communion throughout our journey, so that when our own hour comes, we too may receive the prayers of our brothers and sisters still on pilgrimage and rejoice with all the saints in the joy of our heavenly homeland.”
