Why is it acceptable for men who choose to ID as women to demand space segregated from men, but not for women to demand space segregated from men?
As smarter women than me have noted: being “kind” & misusing words helps no one.

Remembrance Sunday is a time to think about those who often had no choice but to perform heroic acts on our behalf. I’m thinking of my hero, Simon.
"Despite shrapnel wounds to his legs and burns to his back and face, Simon was all that stood between the rats and the crew’s essential supplies"

THIS IS WHY IT MATTERS
Officcers are clear that many of the men they meet have spiralled towards child abuse from pornography.
“We see many young adults who started out watching pornography as children,” said DS Peter Wheeler. “They have escalated down the rabbit hole. Ultimately, we have to look at the big porn platforms. These are multimillion-pound companies.”

🇪🇺 I spent ten years with the Greens and three decades in progressive politics and civil society. What made me speak out against gender identity policies were the extreme demands and the vicious campaigns against those who dared to question them. As a politician, I felt I had the responsibility and the opportunity to make a difference.

This is porn
Porn star Jessie Rogers was 18 when a director forced brooms and bananas inside her for hours until she was swollen shut and crying on camera - then told her she wouldn't get paid if she stopped. A male performer raped her off set. Another beat her head against the floor until she bled, choked her unconscious twice, and locked her in a bathroom. She contracted herpes on set. Over 10 urgent care visits. When she told her agent she'd been raped, he stared at her blankly and said: "So, did you guys have fun?"
She found the ad on Craigslist when she was 17. An agent called and said it straight - it's porn. She was booked for her first shoot the day after her 18th birthday. A Penthouse spread. Her first few scenes were awkward but fine. She thought she could handle it.
The solo shoot on the East Coast was where it started. The director made her insert objects - brooms, bananas, whatever was around - for hours. Her body swelled. She was in real pain, sobbing on camera, begging to stop. He said: we won't pay you if you stop now. She kept going.
Back in LA, her agent kept booking her even when she was sick. She trusted one male performer enough to see him outside of work. The last time they were together, he raped her. She says it herself: "The way we had sex the last time I saw him - it wasn't consensual."
She went to her agent and told him what happened. He stared at her with a completely blank face. Then he said: "So, did you guys have fun?"
That was the day she quit. Years later she stood in front of the California State Assembly and testified for a bill requiring condoms on porn sets. She told legislators what no one in the industry wanted them to hear.
She walked into porn at 18 through a Craigslist ad. By the time she walked out, she'd been raped, beaten, infected, and ignored - and the man responsible for her career asked if she had fun.
Does the porn industry protect its performers, or does it just replace the ones it breaks?

The cases we know of are just the tip of the iceberg for this very 21st Century crime. And there is still no coordinated effort to really deal with this sickening male violence towards women - the cases we know of are in the main 'stumbled over' rather than uncovered as the result of a determined effort to stamp them out. It's just not nearly good enough.
WRN fully supports the courageous women that have had to endure appalling abuse, and now criminal trials. We thank those women who showed their solidarity by attending at court to support them.
These men live among all of us - they, and all those who facilitate this, must be brought to justice, shamed for their behaviour, and sentenced severely. Lock them all up and throw away the key. #ShameMustChangeSides

Rose Reeve from Northern Radfems has been present outside Manchester Crown Court every week since the hearing began:
“Whenever I hear about a case like this, my thoughts go immediately to the woman and the unimaginable trauma she is going through. That’s why I stand with the other women outside the court, to show support and solidarity to her.”

For all the warm words about male violence against women and girls, the police had to be prodded into taking action by the shame of media exposure.
This was despite a sinister threat of violence against nurses which meant they weren’t safe to attend their workplace. Shameful.
Solidarity with the @DarlingtonUnion nurses. Police forces need to wake up sharpish to the intimidation tactics and simmering violence of trans activists. Take note @NYorksPolice!

Algerian boxer Imane Khelif, the male who punched women to victory at the Paris Olympics, returns to the French capital on 15th December to box against another woman, 21-year-old Clarida Sarabia.
Competing in a professional tournament means Khelif is exempt from the need to fight other men and may compete in women’s boxing.
This week a Conservative amendment to the Sporting Events Bill to ensure sportswomen’s rights to single-sex sport (changing rooms and toilets) at ALL international events held in this country was voted down by Labour MPs.
This time the boxer is fighting in Paris. Next time, it could be London because our lawmakers won’t protect the woman taking her life in her hands to fight against a man.

“We will not be frightened into silence.”
A man has been arrested after allegedly threatening to murder the Darlington nurses and “whoever doesn’t support trans rights”.
The email identified Darlington Memorial Hospital and included an image of a large knife.
Three nurses had to be escorted from their workplace by security, and all seven have remained unable to return to work.
Despite the seriousness of the threat, police forces spent days passing responsibility between one another.
North Yorkshire Police acted only after media intervention.
Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union, said:
“We are relieved but deeply shocked that the police took so long to take action on this, and only did after the media contacted them.
“This is not merely offensive online abuse. It is a specific and terrifying threat against a group of identifiable women at a named location which included an image of a large knife. Three of our nurses had to be escorted from their workplace by security, and seven nurses have been unable to return to their jobs.
“We reported the threat immediately and supplied the police with the correspondence. Yet days later, we were left facing uncertainty while police forces passed responsibility between one another.
"Other police forces must take note, especially as White Ribbon Day approaches, and many of these forces have firm commitments to ending violence against women and girls. Protecting us needs to be more than a slogan.
“The apparent trigger for this abuse was that we thanked J.K. Rowling for supporting us after our successful campaign for lawful single-sex changing facilities. Whatever a person’s beliefs, threatening to murder women because they uphold biological reality is utterly unacceptable.
“We will not be frightened into silence. We fought for three years for dignity, privacy and safety at work, and we will not surrender those principles to intimidation or violence.
“To women watching this unfold, our message is simple: stand together, speak the truth and do not allow threats to drive you out of public life. We remain unbowed.”
The suspect has been released on bail with conditions prohibiting him from approaching the hospital or the nurses.
The investigation continues.

Hiding one side of the story is no way to arrive at the truth of anything.
Shame on TikTok for censoring an MP supporting fair and safe sport for women.
Censoring women for speaking up for other women is an attack on Free Speech. Thank you @Rebecca_SPaul for saying the ‘unsayable’ that women have a right not to be punched by a man in the boxing ring.
It’s never right for males to be in women’s sports.

One for anyone who still believes lesbians are not being hounded out of their online spaces by fetishtic men.
Straight male people who call themselves “transwomen” routinely post in lesbian spaces seeking “reassurance” (validation) from real gay women. For example, a MtF posted this yesterday in the “actual lesbians” subreddit:
“Being trans and wanting to keep my genitalia makes me feel like l'll never be womanly enough for a lesbian to love me...I just wanna know what the general population of lesbians here would do when faced with someone like me who's a transbian, does the...equipment...put you off?”
Answer: Yes! Of course “male equipment” categorically turns lesbians off. Because lesbians are exclusively same-SEX attracted (aka homosexual) female people— NOT “attracted to people who claim to have a ‘woman gender identity’, regardless of what sexed anatomy they have” (as female-attracted MtFs would prefer).
But since ~2015, female-attracted (aka straight) MtFs have taken over almost every “lesbian” subreddit. And under this delusional heterosexual male leadership, lesbians on Reddit are NOT allowed to speak honestly anymore about how female homosexuality really works— i.e., exclusive same-SEX attraction to female anatomy— without being instantly censored and often banned too, as so-called “transphobic TERFs”, by MtFs who typically refuse to even acknowledge, much less make space for, real gay female perspectives.
Because whenever gay female people DO speak freely about our sexuality and unique life experiences as homosexual women, our words inevitably end up highlighting stark, categorical and unavoidable differences between real lesbians versus the male trans people desperately trying to LARP as us. And of course, MtF “transwomen” who appropriate the label “lesbian” REALLY hate having to see that!
Accordingly, MtF moderators rewrote the rules in countless “lesbian” spaces to outright ban lesbians from discussing same-sex attraction as a distinct sexual orientation— preventing gay women from describing our homosexuality as anything other than an idiosyncratic, quirky-at-best and fetishistic-at-worst “genital preference” for “vaginas”, in isolation.
As a result of MtFs dominating almost all “lesbian” spaces in 2026, downvoting is the only “voice” that gay women have left in literally dozens of so-called “lesbian” subreddits, including but not limited to: r/actuallesbians, r/LesbianActually, r/ActuallyLesbian, r/ActualLesbiansOver25, r/butchlesbians, r/FemmeLesbians, r/Lesbianfashionadvice, r/flexinlesbians, r/lesbianmemes, rLesbianBookClub, r/LesbianGamers, r/AskLesbians, and MANY more. 💔
The MtF fantasy of “being a lesbian” shatters, or at least cracks a bit, every time a “transbian” is confronted with the reality that real lesbians obviously do not and cannot perceive male trans people as “fellow lesbians.” Censoring gay women helps MtFs maintain their fantasy “I’m a lesbian too” bubbles, but it still ENRAGES many “transbians” that they can’t stop gay women from downvoting their posts.
For example: This MtF OP noticed lesbians downvoting “supportive” comments in his validation-seeking, penis-focused thread in the “actual lesbians” subreddit. So, he responded:
“Look, if you wanna say that I'm not a real lesbian because I have a girl cock, say it to my fucking face.”
But sir, lesbians literally CAN’T say that to your face on Reddit, and you know it! Because gay female people are straight-up BANNED from the platform if we explain that lesbianism never “includes” anyone born male, regardless of whether a male identifies as a “transwoman” or not. Clearly, this MtF OP did not post his thread on “actual lesbians” seeking honest feedback whatsoever. Rather, he wanted ego strokes from a captive female audience which he knows is bullied into silence & prevented from speaking freely about any of this.
Finally, this MtF “transwoman” wrapped up his post with a very ladylike demand:
“Next time you wanna downvote someone on this post just because they're being supportive of myself or other trans women, how about you grow a pair.”

My making it clear to my daughter a decade ago that she was not a boy & could never be a boy, & explaining why, was a key part of her desistance. It’s a parent’s duty to keep their kid grounded in reality. To claim that that can’t be done with love, or without damage, is crazy.
Criminalising parents who won't affirm - the first evidence session.
Our panel argued that, despite @bphillipsonMP reassurance that the draft bill will not impinge on decisions about how to parent, it risks criminalising parents who do not affirm a child’s gender identity.
The panel promoting the bill seemed to view a failure to affirm as a “conversion practice” that SHOULD be criminalised.
